I appreciate your intentionality with almost always staying within the timer, BUT I also get energized about going that extra few seconds past time to get the whole workout in on those rare occasions that we go over the time. Pushing past what I expected shows me I can do more than I expected! Loved the workout!

I’m probably going to be the only one, but I did not like this. The no repetition was frustrating because just when I got comfortable with something it would change and I never really got a chance to get my heart rate up. Plus I couldn’t follow when you changed sides so I was just so frustrated I had to stop by circuit three and do something else. And for the record, I did a strength training video of yours yesterday that I absolutely loved so this is just a one off and I usually love the kickboxing.
