The key is in the word 'burning'....and burning = pollution as you go along the road. Internal combustion is a dead man walking, EVs will replace them all.
I stopped the video at 1:00 because the of the first lie of which many more to expect by the tone of the narration. The commenter just said that he wont wste my time but he already did a full minute long by talking nothing substantial yet.
