Birkin Rescue - HELP my plant looks TERRIBLE!

Many people have issues with their Philodendron Birkin becoming leggy. I have decided to give this plant a chop to see if I can get it to recover. It is always a labor of Love to get plants to look their best.
I spend the winter months tending to my 100 plus Houseplants.
