I'm absolutely incapable of coming up with a snappy 12-minute script filled with references to all corners of their scriptures without your help - in fact beyond the Qaran and the Hadith, whatever that is, and neither of which I've ever read any of as far as I know, I really don't know enough to even have an idea for a basis of a well-researched script. So, I suggest that we do a co-write. I've never done a collaboration really, on youtube, so it should be a fun adventure. Please get the ball rolling by providing me with a detailed crash course in Islamic beliefs, customs, texts, history, politics, and culture that's sufficient for me to be able to start making up jokes, but short and compelling enough for me to read between all of the other things that I have to do with my time- (keeping in mind that this video that you're commenting on is the first one I've had time to make in a year). Once you've done that, we can start choosing characters (I don't know any beyond the prophet, do you?) and a scenario. We'll need some contradictions and mistakes from the text, in fact I'll need PLENTY to choose from just like I do when it comes to Christianity, so you'd better get to work on that, too. If you agree to this, then open your account to receiving replies, you fucking coward, and let's get to work. You stupid ignorant fuck.
#NonStampCollector Jokes on you when that guy, or someone else takes you seriously and spams your account with Islamic literature. It is a good point tho there are so many comedic and informative channels regarding Christianity. But little to none of the same style regarding Islam there's a big niche right there. It's too bad no one can be bothered to fill it
***** Well, the thing is, most of these channels are from english speaking countries (or I'm just finding those since I don't really look for channels in languages I don't speak), which again are usually predominantly christian (USA, Great Britain, Australia.. all predominantly christian) so obviously most of these would appear to mock christianity and judaism sometimes. Predominantly islamic countries are still pretty closed off, but they are opening up recently. Also, being born in an islamic culture and indocrinated to believe in that (obviously freed myself now), I can say that most of the material is basically the same. There are the same stories, same characters, same messages. Just different ways of praying and different names and a few new stories. Actually islam even claims previous religious books were also sent from that same god, but got corrupted over time as people changed their content, so he decided to send Mohammed and use him as a prophet to write a new book quran, which would contain only the truth and be kept unchanged forever. But, as I said previously it's basically the same story, just a different writer using a different text structure and some new text. When I watch these videos I can apply them to islamic god and they work in the same way just as they do for their intended target, the christian god.
Kafanska TV Well well well you and I have something in common. I was born Muslim as well and I do know how similar the big three religions are. I often say how they're different sects of Judaism. Yeah everything you say is true. I think the main reason I want to see this style of analyzing done to Islam. Is because to me the idea of God picking one man to correct all of Gods own errors is ludicrous. Then also the fact that he is the only one who speaks for God and becomes like a king who spreads "Gods word" by mass genocide. Then today he is basically Islams Jesus because the rules he left are supposedly the ones Allah left. It all just seems so comical to me and I'd love to see someone with NonStamps wit shine a little light on the subject, for people who may not know
***** I agree, It would be interesting to see something new. So far I've seen a lot of channels like this one (darkmatter2525, 43alley etc.. ) and while they're still a joy to watch, there is definitely not much if anything left to discuss. With a channel dedicated to islam, or judaism... or any other religion besides christianity, there would be a lot of new topics and stories to discuss, and also with the big three religions it would be interesting to compare the same text trough all three perspectives, not to mention the joy of reading comments from all three sides on such videos where everyone claims their story is the true one.. I know I'd sit down, lean back and eat a lot of popcorns that day :D
"Moron" jokes evolved from tales about the suffi Nasrudin. A rich vein of humour, there. Two grand avenues are: To the Righteous, nothing is unclean. Under Jihad, all things are permissible.
I told someone on TH-cam “if you were born in India you’d be Hindu” and they responded “No, I studied all the religions and Christianity is the only one that’s completely logical.” I died! 😂😂😂
@@fearandloathing9976 What an insane coincidence! They couldve been born to literally any of the billions of families out there, but they specifically got born in a family with the specifically correct version of Christianity that happens to be the correct one! What a miracle, god truly does exist.

Well technically he allowed the christians to go to heaven and have eternal life. Even though I don't believe in it he is technically saving people from death by allowing them to have an after life and saved humanity in a way.
@@kosuzumotoori That only applies if heaven is real though. I could say Harry Potter allowed humanity to live peacefully by killing Voldemort because the books say so

He says "he is technically saving people from death by allowing them to have an afterlife".... But he's sacrificing (jesus I mean) himself to himself (God the father)... So he's technically saving us from himself...
@Jade So he lacks knowledge because he's getting his information from a video but you have knowledge because you get your knowledge from a thousand year old book that says children who dishonour their parents should be taken outside the city and stoned to death? Cool.
don't worry, it happens in far too many countries, however always remember that harsh sites are always full of silent atheists who just carry on. And being an atheist does not mean being stupid, if you have to light a candle to whatever butcher god is around to be safe, so be it... good luck man.
***** I was just about to write something in praise of our mutual friend the NonStampCollector when I came across your comment... And now all I can do is thumbs up your post... And say "me too" because you captured my thoughts exactly! NonStampCollector AMAZING video! Thanks so much for uploading it! And, of course, "me too" with what Baud Bits said!
@God's Dreams Are the other 20 comments you’ve made on this channel comprised of the same religious ad nauseam you’ve vomited on to this particular thread? (asking for a friend)
@Jade If our minds have been closed off by the devil, then how would we have any culpability? Isn't there an exemption for people made unable to believe by external forces out of their control, like a mental disorder that prevents memories from forming? Wouldn't it be the devils fault then?

Man, were you like a bible scholar or something in the past? Your videos are spot on. Hysterical, actually! I especially like the Noah's Ark and Bible Quiz Show. Keep it up.
NonStampCollector Have you done anything on Paul's epistles? I've been on a bit of a tear recently, having to explain how Paul's writings don't really mesh with themselves, because he clearly never knew anything about Jesus' supposed post-resurrection appearances to anyone, much less any of the million miracles later gospels claim he performed all over the place. Yet you still have Corinthians where supposedly Paul "wrote" the Jesus story complete with prophecy information and post-resurrection appearances that he never makes any mention of anywhere else. I've always been fascinated in how the Bible goes from Jesus just being a dude who died and came back to life with Paul, to where he becomes this globe-trotting superhero in later books.
Erik Jones I know, right? This guy has such a great understanding of the Bible and that's what makes these videos super clever. Also, as opposed to other internet atheists (who I love), he's not just poking at Christianity with the idea that it's not true, but also with the idea that it's actually bad and that there are better ways to live.
Nonstampcollector- You helped me become an atheist after 20 years of living a lie. Every time I watch a new video of yours I feel like a born again atheist. Like I told darkmatter2525, I wish a network would pick you guys up. Your cartoons are better than any shit on tv today.
Seriously though, I literally believed the bible was 100% accurate. I lived that way for 20 years until I stumbled onto quiz show, context, and all the rest. You and a few others saved me and later you and others inspired me to make my own videos. Thank you very much Nonstampcollector. The world is a much better place with you around. :)
I'm sure I was but a twig on the camel's back. But for what it's worth,... you're welcome? They're just ideas that float around and combine themselves in interesting ways in my addled head.
I LOVE this video. Atheists spend too much time arguing evolution/creationism, instead of focussing on the fact that the Jesus story itself makes absolutely no sense on any level. I swear, this shit does my head in. Jesus was born, he died, he rose again, he died again, but he's coming back (again), before he leaves (again!). He saved us but didn't, was God but isn't, was perfect but tempted, and borne of a woman, with all the corporeal juciness involved there, who didn't fuck. Give us a break!
IThinkWithMy Liver Neither of those prove there isn't a God. My latest strategy with Christians, when I meet them in person, is to steer away from science they don't understand and go squarely back to their religion, that I don't understand! And they don't understand either, which becomes apparent if I ask a few simple questions.
Atheism isn't about Christianity at all. It simply means a lack in a belief in a god. There's tons of god claims. That said, I agree Christianity is one of the dumbest stories told and as an Atheist I often poke fun at it
Brendan: I simply don't know any other religion well enough to poke proper holes in it...but poking holes in one IS, in a way, poking holes in them all (and learning how to do so)--question EVERYTHING and compare it to the common sense and reality we're really all capable of using. Bujt so many so often don't. Early branwashing/indoctrination can be hell to overcome. Took me 40 years to begin to get it real, and I'm still working at it. Imagine a life lived in reality from the get-go. Wow. I sure envy those whose minds weren't warped from birth on!
You are correct, but then again, the reason why atheists do it is because believers themselves started to shift the topic to those subjects. The moment when speaking about religion in such a manner that openly calling it absurd and ridiculous wasn't considered heresy and when you could speak out without your life being threatened, the people who saw the absurdity started pointing that out. Believers then realized that the doctrine is basically indefensible on it's own so they started with cosmological/ontological arguments, with alternative pseudo-science, trying to poke holes in real science, and with seeing patterns and "evidence" where there is none, etc. They have nothing to back their claims, they can only try to give (really bad) alternative explanations of the natural order.
Jordan Peterson does an excellent job explaining the psychological significance of the bible, and why Nietzsche warned about the eroding of it's significance to Western civilization.
Odin sacrificed himself to himself, but he wasn't the one making the rules of the cosmos as it happens. Like everyone else he had to follow principles and laws higher than himself.
KEN BEE Jesus was Hesus, a Druid teaching. Hesus/Esus the Celtic Carpenter god that hung from a tree pierced with a spear. Odin, the allfather of the Norse peoples was the hanged god, the god of the gallows. He sacrificed himself to himself for wisdom, it’s teaching of enlightenment. Jesus said “lest thine eye be single thou shall not enter the kingdom” something to that effect. The teachings are Druidic. There was a huge fight early on to attempt to stop Christianity from being hooked on to Old Testament, and even to say Jesus was Jewish, look up Marcion of Sinope. Hesus was depicted with a bull and cranes. A 17th century image of Jesus depicted with cranes, kicking over an Egyptian symbol, Venus and Moses with horns. gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b10509743s/f50.item Odin .... “…I know that I hung on a windy tree nine long nights, wounded with a spear, dedicated to Odin, myself to myself, on that tree of which no man knows from where its roots run. “….Then I was fertilized and became wise; I truly grew and thrived. From a word to a word I was led to a word, From a work to a work I was led to a work…” Much more to the story. Odin may not be the only Hanged God, but he’s the only one I can find other than Jesus. The tales obviously are related to Germanic people. Jesus is a Druid.

As someone who very recently became Atheist after being Christian for most of my life, this channel has really helped me. It shows how rediculous some of the things in the Bible are which helped cast out some of my last doubts, while also being entertaining.
Jesus didn't come for to die for our sins - that makes no sodding sense (since he's also the omnipotent god the father) - he came for the sweaty Roman soldier boys and the whipping.

Sir Librarian it depends on which God you are referring to. The god that you described, yes I would have to agree with you. The truth as I believe there is good and evil. Two beings that ppl most often mistake as one. th-cam.com/video/c4EgKW28Wcs/w-d-xo.html

Well, a cover-up would explain why no contemporary historians seem to have noticed any of the Gospel stories, or even the existence of a Jesus, or the star of Bethlehem, or a census or the slaughtering of new born males or any of the miracles, etc...
As Gibbon wrote (Decline, ch. 15), "But how shall we excuse the supine inattention of the Pagan and philosophic world to those evidences which were presented by the hand of Omnipotence, not to their reason, but to their senses? During the age of Christ, of his apostles, and of their first disciples, the doctrine which they preached was confirmed by innumerable prodigies. The lame walked, the blind saw, the sick were healed, the dead were raised, daemons were expelled, and the laws of Nature were frequently suspended for the benefit of the church. But the sages of Greece and Rome turned aside from the awful spectacle, and, pursuing the ordinary occupations of life and study, appeared unconscious of any alterations in the moral or physical government of the world. Under the reign of Tiberius, the whole earth, or at least a celebrated province of the Roman empire, was involved in a preternatural darkness of three hours. Even this miraculous event, which ought to have excited the wonder, the curiosity, and the devotion of mankind, passed without notice in an age of science and history. It happened during the lifetime of Seneca and the elder Pliny, who must have experienced the immediate effects, or received the earliest intelligence, of the prodigy. Each of these philosophers, in a laborious work, has recorded all the great phenomena of Nature, earthquakes, meteors, comets, and eclipses, which his indefatigable curiosity could collect. Both the one and the other have omitted to mention the greatest phenomenon to which the mortal eye has been witness since the creation of the globe. A distinct chapter of Pliny is designed for eclipses of an extraordinary nature and unusual duration; but he contents himself with describing the singular defect of light which followed the murder of Caesar, when, during the greatest part of a year, the orb of the sun appeared pale and without splendour. This season of obscurity, which cannot surely be compared with the preternatural darkness of the Passion, had been already celebrated by most of the poets and historians of that memorable age."

What most "Christians" don't get (or refuse to get) is that all the Gospels contain DIFFERENT VERSIONS of what happened to Jesus after he was put in the tomb, i.e, who saw him, how many people saw him, etc. NOTHING AGREES! Also, of the three Gospels that describe his death on the cross, how come ALL THREE differ on what his last words were? Wouldn't you think that with all those hundreds of "witnesses" there would be corroboration??? Also, if "Jesus" was "God", WHO was he praying to in the garden? And WHO was he talking to on the cross when he said, "Father, why hast thou forsaken me?" HIMSELF??? LOGIC: The REAL "Forbidden Fruit"!!!

Reading your comments, NSC, I think I can tell you had to battle to wrest yourself free from the fear-inducing clutches of Christianity. We both share that, as do many others. It's regrettable the forms of indoctrination so many of us face in our childhood. Religions are metastasized cults, given an aberrant lifespan. I wager both you and I pine to have been born in a time when such things are a mere footnote in the history books and nothing more. Perhaps we may yet live to see marked improvement this century, at least within English-speaking countries. I hope there is a day -- even if I don't live to see it -- that it will be as unnecessary and redundant to describe oneself as atheist as it will be for most people currently to describe themselves as "non-stamp collectors"! *Thank you so much, NSC.* You are not alone.
Jade My life is already miserable, and it was even when my whole world revolved around Jesus. I’m not going to trick myself into reconverting just so I can have some false sense of comfort about the looming threat of death and the state of the world. Facing reality isn’t fun, but unfortunately it’s what I had to do, once I realized that the beliefs I previously held were wrong.
Danyal I still can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic or not because it just sounds absurd. But, assuming you’re not being sarcastic, I appreciate your concern, but I think that’ll be a no from me.
Danyal 1) I don’t need to show proof for a lack of belief. I’m not the one asserting that there is a god, therefore the burden of proof is not with me, it’s with you. However, science and logic seem to heavily suggest the lack of a god, or at least the lack of every one we have created thus far. 2) I appreciate your concern, but again, I’ll have to have a hard pass. I’ve looked into Islam a bit, and I probably will study it more in the future, but I see nothing in the world that makes a god necessary, therefore I have a pretty good reason to discount any religion that makes the claim the such a god exists. 3) Even if I did come to find out that Allah was real, I’m not sure I would be inclined to worship him, as I don’t think any god that sends people to hell (after leaving them with sketchy, debatable “evidence” of my existence) deserves praise.
Hah..You stepped in the puddle knee deep here @Lionheart. Absolutely pointless trying to get in to a logical conversation with..you know, all of the above.

Well, the thing is, most of these channels are from english speaking countries (or I'm just finding those since I don't really look for channels in languages I don't speak), which again are usually predominantly christian (USA, Great Britain, Australia.. all predominantly christian) so obviously most of these would appear to mock christianity and judaism sometimes.

I agree, It would be interesting to see something new.

Have you done anything on Paul's epistles?
Neither of those prove there isn't a God.

Wait, what?

Odin ....
“…I know that I hung on a windy tree nine long nights, wounded with a spear, dedicated to Odin, myself to myself, on that tree of which no man knows from where its roots run.
“….Then I was fertilized and became wise; I truly grew and thrived. From a word to a word I was led to a word, From a work to a work I was led to a work…”
Much more to the story. Odin may not be the only Hanged God, but he’s the only one I can find other than Jesus. The tales obviously are related to Germanic people. Jesus is a Druid.

Specifically what god are you referring to that interfered in the affairs of men and how do you know it was God rather than the tempter, deceiver, devil's, demons, evil angel's, the man of perdition, the anti-christ, the beast of Revelation, etc.? 1 John 4:12 (KJV)- "No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us." Proverbs 10:22 (KJV)- "The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich and he addeth no sorrow with it." Jeremiah 31:18 (KJV)- "The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying. Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with loving kindness have I drawn thee." 2 Timothy 4:8 (KJV)- "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." John 8:38 & 44 (KJV)- "I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father." v.44 (KJV)- "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."Luke 13:32 (KJV)- "And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I shall be perfected." Either you believe him or you don't.
God forbid that I should be in err more so lead anyone astray, please correct me if I'm wrong. When Jesus was teaching concerning his father the entity he described is contrary to the nature of the power that plagued Egypt and the Israelites. 1 John 3:8 (KJV)- " He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil." He that have ears let him hear. 1 John 5:19 (KJV)- "We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one."
If Jesus's death pays for sin and therefore resurrection is acceptable, why can't god just resurrect sinners after they've paid by dying?

And they would have gotten away with it, too, if only Jesus hadn't blabbed.
As Gibbon wrote (Decline, ch. 15),
"But how shall we excuse the supine inattention of the Pagan and philosophic world to those evidences which were presented by the hand of Omnipotence, not to their reason, but to their senses?

Yet they still do even when you directly cite from it, they claim it means to says something that it clearly is not saying.
Such a sense of humour, you guys understand so much!
(For those who don't get the sarcasm in the above sentence, turn on your foolishness detector).
I'm a bit disappointed in myself for not finding this year's sooner. These videos are gold!
He's Back, oh yes he's back, and there are no complaints :D
Weird seeing you here. I liked your performance in the communism debate with Sargon of Akkad.
Weird to see you here.. Sargon absolutely destroyed you in that debate..
All your work is *BRILLIANT!* You have a certain way with comedy that is hilarious. Respect to you dude from the UK!
Just found your channel yesterday, you kick ass dude, keep it up
Classic!
I read the blurb connected to your video. Thanks for all your hard work. It is definitely changing lives. I watched several of your videos thus far, and am impressed by your reasoning powers and candidness about this whole religion business. I don't know if you will ever read this post, but just wanted to say thank you very much again.
Glad to see you once more, NonStampCollector!
Such a surprise. Great video as always.
I'm a sinner...and if I don't commit sins...then Jesus died for nothing
That's literally the logic.
Thank you Non Stamp Collector. You make a lot of sense and I like your work.
I just realized the peeping noises when they wake Jesus up early in the morning is none other than the Spring Peeper, Pseudacris crucifer! :D
OMG. 1:33 This is everything that got me kicked out of Sunday school a LONG time ago🤣
I always felt the god of the old testament would be like a cosmic mob boss pimp who trolls the earth. Like thanos from marvel comics.
Glad I discovered your videos. They are pretty awesome.
Wow... there are literally tears running down my face from laughing so hard. Great content! I am so subscribed.
I'm loving these videos. Keep it up!
***** That's pleasantly surprising :)
Eitan Blumin NonStampCollector is right up there with DarkMatter2525 and sometimes better. Watch the one titled Special Investigation: Evolution. It's hilarious!
Funny, and crudely educational. A spoonful of sugar.....
Dustin Zilbauer I already did! They're brilliant. So far my favorite is the one with Moses writing the ten commandments. I've been catching up with these videos on and off for a couple of days now.
"I've seen the lord and he wasn't dead."
"Yes I was!!!"
As something from MontyPFC... grrrreat stuff!
I really miss this channel.
Really good video, as always. "Did it work? Did my sacrifice of me appease me?" Awesome line.
"What?"
"I think you just started a really stupid religion, Lord"
I died 😂😂
The cerebral context with the 5th grader’s animation is absolutely hilarious!!!😂😂😂
Technically it’s not an animation
You guys are absolutely brilliant writers. I've been watching your videos and the creativity of your writing and the way you back it all up with scripture is total genius. This is all award-worthy.
it sure is award -worthy,as well as the noah one .
This is beautiful. Tops marks to NonStampCollector.
I love you NonStampCollector!!! Watched this one about every 3 days so I guess it's my fave so far. I love how long it is, I settle in for a good view.
I have a random question, apropos of nothing. Have you ever done (or considered doing) some form of collaboration with Darkmatter2525? You both do very good anti-apologetic work and i think you might make a great team should you ever decide to do so.
Not just on those events, but on almost every event.
Drake Iverson it's simple agenda pushing through saying their way is the "right" way, because if they don't agree it becomes easier for them to declare each other heretics or blasphemers, making it easy to obtain recipients when most of the population back then was comparable to an individual with autism and didn't know how to read, so they couldn't investigate further so they listened to only the preaching of one not free thinking for themselves.
In The Hobbit, Gandalf is found talking to himself and when someone remarks on it, he says, "It's a habit of the old, to talk to the wisest person there." Nice. Maybe Jesus thought he was Gandalf.
.... for their saying that we have killed the messiah Jesus,,,,,they killed him not nor did they crucify him,,,,,and indeed, those who differ over it,are in doubt about it,they have no knowledge of it,except the following of assumption.. Quran 4:157
Gather information on any event from 4 different people and you will get 4 different points of view. The writers of the Gospels didnt conspire , some added information that others left out. The Gospels are the Message, Jesus is the Gift,Trust Him and reap eternal rewards Shalom
I kinda want to see Gabriel flip the fuck out on him when he gets back. Make that next!
Ditto! Doesn't Gabriel then get really pissed off with it all and go and have a word with a certain gentleman from Mecca about a different version of the rules altogether?
HornetFez
if he didn't get death threats based on the Abraham bit, that'd probably 'do the trick'...
Very sophisticated. You are the atheist I aspire to be.
This channel truly is educational entertainment. Thank you, please don't stop making these 🤘
Man, I find it so embarrassing that I used to blindly believe all this BS.
Danyal Are you being sarcastic or serious?
Absolutely pointless trying to get in to a logical conversation with..you know, all of the above.
this video was absolutely awesome, how can anyone with so much as a grams weight of functioning brain matter not see the absurdity of Christianity.
This reminded me of the old saying: “God sacrificed God to God to save God’s creations from God!”
You just can’t argue with flawless logic like that!
“Not all Theists are Dummies; but most Dummies are Theists.”
[chuckle!] Well worth the wait, NSC! Thanks!
I just love the finishing quote: "I think you just started a really stupid religion, lord" ^^
I always liked this one, hilarious! Giving it a rewatch cos of this channel's recent new vid
One of your best videos yet!! Love it!!
Yay! New video! NonStampCollector lives! MOOOOAR VIDEOS!
no he was dead then came back :P
NonStampCollector should encourage the old Monty Python crew to do a professional "Life of Brian" remake based on his videos. Imagine how awesome the movie would be.
One problem, Graham Chapman is dead so no Brian.
sitrukpc1 This shouldn't be a detriment for a remake :-)
NeedsEvidence True but it would make a remake in my opinion less funny
!0 years ago and I'm only just getting this recommended?! It's probably in the top 5 best things I've ever seen. Thank you for so eloquently, so logically and so precisely putting into words the kind of confusion and contradiction that I've always known existed in Christianity (and all the other superstitions too) but had neither the will nor the desire to investigate and demonstrate. Should I say 'Amen' now or not?
well worth the wait. fantastic as always.
Marvelous work. I'm sorry I missed it when it came out originally.
Holy crap, another NSC video? The end times must almost be here!
This is my favorite video of yours. I love coming back to watch it at least twice every year
1:01 Gabriel’s self reflecting rant is hilariously priceless 😂😂😂
