Not a fan of the autopilot changes. The limitations and nags are too aggressive, plus the 1 week ban from using lane keeping is probably an industry first. Tesla is now much lower on my list. I was going to get a new X this year, but I think it'll either be a pre cabin camera used X or not a Tesla at all.
The Christmas updates have been getting weaker and weaker every year.. .I think last years update was the most disappointing, but this years light show is super lame.. and pretty dumb because we can make out own and do much better...... I wish they would update the check straps so that my damn doors doesnt creek like an old car if I dont replace them every year.... And your blind spot issues is easily resolved if you drive with your cameras on... otherwise you actually can move the blind spot camera where you are asking in the visualization area.................
Yea you can move the camera on the visualization when you turn your blinker on only and you can always see the blind spot by keeping the camera on but it hides the map. Tesla updates has been getting weaker and weaker as the years go by, but i try not to take it for granted because they are free and no other automaker is making updates consistently like this.
The visualisation for park assist is what I'm waiting for the most. I park on a very narrow driveway with steps and obstacles, and knowing where to drive is going to be awesome. The light show is cool but the coolest is the ability to add your own WAV. Why be like 2 million other Tesla's when one can have some unique light show playing?
The map visualisations and speed cameras will be very welcome.
It's a shame there is no Google music (which includes podcasts). Not everyone is an apple or Spotify fan.
It's also a shame there is no Google auto built in. I don't see why Tesla is holding back with this feature. I know there are third party apps and hardware to make Google auto or apple care play work, why not simply enable it?
And where is the Tesla app store? This car is dying for a store.
A lot of people are waiting for TH-cam music and i’m shocked Tesla hasn’t added it. This is the second year in a row tesla has added an apple app for their holiday update. They must either be working on a deal to slowly release apple apps or Tesla is purposely holding out on apps and features to make their updates more meaningful.
