Is the bezel fixed or can it be moved? I'm at work so idk if you talk about that in the video or not ^^ the watch looks very beautiful and i might buy one myself. The bezel function isn't really a dealbreaker for me but it would be nice if it could be used. Would be very thankful for an answer. :)

Hello. I found your video interesting as I have the same watch in black and this is 3.5 years from the purchase from Authorized dealer. Till now the watch functions very well except the accuracy issue which is normal in an automatic watch with movement ETA 2836. But these days my watch is running -10 seconds per day with which I am not happy because it used to have less time differences having standard accuracy issue the particular movement provides. I want to know what about your watch? Have you checked your watch accuracy? Also if other can tell their accuracy I will be very glad. Today I took my watch to servicing and upon checking the watch opening the case back they informed that no servicing is required but they adjusted the regulator to avoid -10 seconds/ day. I have to check this carefully for a week. But I will be very glad if you can also let me know your watch status. I will be very glad to hear from you and my very best wishes for you.

im confused.. i like the watch but iv seen a PRS516 in youtube that is a little
different..one has hr markers that are raised so second hand travels under
the marker..but then is a model where second hand travels over the markers.
can anyone explain.. is this a "reissue" difference.. because the one
with raised markers didnt look vintage . confused

ok.. so there there are differences within the same model.. "check the nomenclature".. Yeah cause what tipped me is a video lined up in the que near you on TH-cam reviewing a white faced model.. and he noted his second hand traveling under
" floating" markers..i like the black version but couldn't find similar dial design.. then I stumbled on a video of a black one from a vendor video.. and it had the floating markers.. Looks really interesting.. but it was a used watch vendor was selling.. it was just too new to be vintage.. I know these are reissues.. but this one I saw was not as old as an original.
it could be that nomenclature is not available anymore.. if so too bad.. the floating markers gave a really cool depth to it.

You did not mention if it is a perpetual calender. A very important piece of information when spending hundreds of dollars for a watch!
How much better it is compared to Seiko SKX ?
KPaccountt This Tissot runs at 28.800 bph. The Seiko runs at 21.600. That makes the Tissot more accurate. I own both watches so I know.
Also the Tissot has sapphire glass, the Seiko has Hardlex.
Tissot 100 meters waterproof
Seiko 200 meters and is a official ISO diver.
But the the Tissot is also more expensive and a totally different kind of watch.
The Seiko however is more value for money.

The Tissot uses better materials. The seiko is of a tool watch white the Tissot is as well, the look and wrist presence is much different between them.
be carefull with the black case. it's not scratch resistant...

the way you handle these masterpieces are unlike professional. Give some respect to this invention marvels. Don't rough handle them. Use proper lighting and for GOD sake, wear some GLOVES!!!

Many people wear their watches in everday life, bumping them and jarring them in normal to hectic situations. If rattling a watch around in your bare hands scares you guys, you'd be better off never buying or wearing watches altogether.

You understand that the reason they wear gloves in the videos is because they either belong to someone else or are still for sale. And showing them off in a video means smudges from finger oils, so reducing them helps.
Great watch - the black faced version is the most elegant, and the blue one the sportiest. The silver one, blah.....

Hard to say.. But if you have only 1 watch go for the stainless steel. It's more versatile.

Thanks for the review of a real authentic watch. It's amazing how many reviews and un-boxings there are of fake Tissot watches on here. The dead giveaway for this model Tissot is the day and date. All the fake watches have a number in front of the day (e.g. 2 TUE or 3 WED). All those poor suckers all proud of their fake watches on youtube....
