Hello I appreciate your content though I would ask that you don’t film so close to everything. For example I don’t want to see a close up of the cups in the cupboard, but I would appreciate if you stood back so I could see the cupboard itself. Thanks mate
Love these types of videos Studios and 1 bedrooms I wonder what’s the average total cost in those studios would be with electric,WiFi and cable, phone and water? Thank you Greg
Good morning from California ☀️ Great video Jeff! Did the last unit have A/C? Also, what about laundry in any of the the 3 units? Keep up the great videos 👍 Happy Travels! E
I just subscribed to your channel.. im wanting to retire to Hua Hin or cha am later this year. Will i be able to rent a one bedroom condo for about 12,000 baht a month. ? . Love the area
I think you can find something in that price range. You might have to look a little, plus it's hard to say what the prices will be like later this year. Good luck and happy retirement.
@@nickmaidment Hi, I’m moving from Alaska in stages. I’d be interested in just some general idea. Likely the place will be rented but I’m gathering info now.
whoa ! got a lil vertigo watching that ! you are moving the the cam around too quickly , you may want to invest in a stabilizer . You should also watch some youtube videos on how to film . not really getting a view of the room because the cam is like zoomed in . Appreciate the effort though, you will get the hang of it eventually .
The substance of your video is great. But you need some help on camera work. You spin the camera around too quickly and it's not steady. Hard to get through the whole video
You need to slow down when walking and moving camera
The net is to prevent pigeons from pooping on your balcony.
Nice job and informative JJ. Thankyou.
Thanks for watching
The netting on the balcony is to keep birds from pooping on your laundry. Why do you say Hua Heen?
Good to know, I thought it was a safety feature....
HiJJ,I hope you are well,,thank you very much for the video, nice condos ,be safe 😊
I live in the first complex..Love it. Good area.

Yes all the units had ac. None had washing machines. Thanks for watching
Appreciate for showing around 3 condos but I am dizzy now. Please slow down a bit ,
Haha. Yeah I'm still getting used to doing condo videos. Thanks for watching.
Zoom out and slow down but good job.
Take your camera off 5x magnification.
What is the unit of water exactly, cubic meter? And there always is a budget.....
May I make a suggestion, when you are panning maybe slow down because it can make people dizzy the way you swing around with the camera.
My first attempt at a condo tour. I'll get better. Thanks.
It’s a turbo oven.roasts, makes soup, reheats.
Thank you.
where and how do you contact these realtors in hua hin? thx
I used Facebook marketplace. Thanks for watching

How about some pictures of your house? Is it inside a gated community with some central facilities and security?

Really your showing a can opener
It is an oven, they work great
Toaster oven. Had a senior moment
did you notice any kind of pest problems in these condos?
No. Seems like the roaches are more prevalent in the Philippines. 😄
Man you need a wide angle lense looks like your close up on everything can see nothing
I know
