I have lost 30 lbs in 2 months so far doing a workout called the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. It works great and I feel good. I have no plans to stop now. I was thinking about trying this once I get to my goal weight but wanted to ask. Since I have been obese most of my life and have never had a 6 pack before, would this work? What do you suggest for a person who has never had a 6 pack before? Thank you.
