    Fraser 2 questions:
    1. How much rest do u need after ab workouts like these? i normally do 2 days before returning to the same muscle group
    2. Can we get a beginners video on nutrition? And how to maximise nutrition if u dont control ur own grocery shopping

      honestly i struggled on those and i have significant leg strength i think but im not sure, how did it turn out did you get them down ? is there a trick to it maybe tightening the abs more

    the beginning exercises were intense but it got easier to finish so kinda happy the hard exercises (for me at least) were at the start vs near the end lol

      I would like to see that too - though it goes against the 'no equipment' rule. I had a go at making one, not easy - but most people have dumbbells.

    I'm gonna do this ab workout everyday along with the gym and swim. I feel the need to work my core because I don't really workout the stomach area so here we go!!
    Day 1: I definetly feel the burn in the abs! I don't really have much of a six-pack but Im skiinny enough to get there :)
    Day 2: Rest Day
    Day 3: Feel good! Burn so good! Nice side workout to my main workout!
    Day 4: I did a morning workout with a fair amount of abs from Fraser, so I decided im gonna switch off between the two workouts :)

    Good morning,
    I have been considered obese for a large part of my life. I hit my heaviest at 210 lbs. I have lost 30 lbs in 2 months so far doing a workout called the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. It works great and I feel good. I have no plans to stop now. I was thinking about trying this once I get to my goal weight but wanted to ask. Since I have been obese most of my life and have never had a 6 pack before, would this work? What do you suggest for a person who has never had a 6 pack before? Thank you.
