The two places where I aged the most, and that actually shocked me because I didn't know I had the genetics for it was my lips and my jowels. I always had a strong jawline growing up and suddenly it sagged!
But my lips are just as bad in fact, worse. It looks like I was a smoker and I never was. But I do carry my tension in my mouth and I definitely purse my lips all the time. When I wake up at night, I try to remember to relax my jaw and mouth And it's always so tense in that area. I can also confirm that the zip program is impressive. I had to cancel my once a year half a syringe of wrestling because I got sick the day was supposed to go in. My injector couldn't get me in for another eight weeks and that pushed me two months past a year! But I didn't look that bad because I kept doing the lip program on zip and it kept my lips at least looking normal as opposed to dry and shriveled like they tend to. The zip is an incredible tool.

you are right about the neck. I habitually start at tge neck....I don't know why but I've always done that and I think it does make a difference. By tge time I get above my jaw I reload my skincare and finish all the way to my forehead then I reload and go behind the ears and back of the neck. I forget my hands alot though.

Tip- blast your eyelash curler with heat for 5 seconds before you curl your lashes. Your lashes will look so much better afterwards.

CosDNA is another ingredient library. I've seen one derm recommend placing enough cotton pads/gauze in a resealable plastic bag, saturated with toner/exfoliant for your trip to avoid taking bottles.

Excellent tips 👍 I hope you and the fam are having the perfect weekend...like a Hallmark movie type of perfect.
TIPS that work for me, personally.
Tretinoin for 30 min IMMEDIATELY after dry microneedling. (Pen w/stamping technique or dry derma-rollin' - just depends on ma-mood). Wash. Follow with HA, top with Squalane. The results are unbelievable. (Needle the mug thoroughly every 28 days.)
NIGHT: DRMTLGY Needless Serum topped off with CosRX Peptide Skin Booster followed by Tretinoin while skin is still damp. Let all that cook for one full hour then slather on Clinique DDML...the urea boosts the Tretinoin to a ridiculously good level while keeping your face from getting noticeably angry. Five star recipe. 👨‍🍳
DAY: Timeless CEF immediately after working out (cardio) just dry off the mug, don't wash, pores wide open. Top with DRMTLGY Peptide Cream and ☀️-screen.
1 to 2 NIGHTS PER WEEK: Beekman Potato Peel Resurfacing Milk (I leave it on for 20 min), Wash/Dry, slather on DRMTLGY S&R.
☀️AM: Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides 🌛PM: VERISOL Collagen Peptides.
    Omnilux 20 min errrry morning.
Guzzle water throughout the day (8PM cut-off because I like to actually sleep)
2 cups unsweetened Rooibos tea (1 morning - 1 evening) 1 to 2 cups unsweetened decaffeinated Green tea somewhere in the middle)
Plan to add the NIOD Copper Peptides into the routine come Slowvember @ 50% off....will stockup to last until the following turkey season...that's the plan. 😎

Here is one of my favorite tips to make your ZIIP conductive gel go further. On clean skin I apply Manyo Bifida Biome Ampoule Toner and some of the Ordinary’s Multi Peptides Serum (both are at Ulta) and the I apply 3 pumps of the Silver Gel. I have tested the toner and peptides combo for conductivity with my Myolift.
I have a spray bottle with the Toner and Fulvic Minerals and I always use it before all skincare.
To make sure I get my serums distributed evenly, after I dispense the amount of product I dab it in each area - forehead, cheeks, neck and dec and then blend in. I always rub my products especially my pigment inhibitor and Photozyme on my shoulders too as I am planning to peel there soon.
    Thanks, Penn!

Thank you for all the wonderful content. Definitely am going to take your suggestion and start skincare on my chest. I read somewhere a year or so ago, that dry shampoo works best if you apply the night before so it has adequate chance to absorb oils, etc. Since that time I have applied at night when I am not washing my hair the next day. Previously I would apply when I first got up, was making coffee, doing skin care- which gave the dry shampoo some time to work, but applying the night before makes a huge difference in how my hair behaves/looks and I can easily get extra time between washes. I just do it when I do my nighttime skin care.

Combined, month later, there is some improvement. My ND injector said I’d likely need a few rounds of prp. Which I will likely do. Can you deep dive that for your research too? Thanks ❤

Also I use my skincare on my hands including the fingers, not just the back. I see all these youtubers all the time putting a tiny bit of product on their faces and don’t even have a top that can allow you to go down on your neck and chest with the products.

Also, since I started using an AHABHA toner I don’t get pimples often barely ever now but if one does come up, I found that putting the alcohol free BHABHA toner, just a cotton pad or qtip and gently rubbing the pimple it will really just help it come out and heal very fast without squeezing

Weight loss tip # 1! Definitely work on your face and hair as those are the first things people see. Because my my neck is a problem area, I have to treat it like my face. Genetics, stress, and not making enough money has taken a toll but DIY will help to maintain me. I’m not afraid of needles or some discomfort for results. If you have a heavier face jawline, heavier mid face, double chin fat dissolvers are yours best friends. They will take 10 years off and at least a good 10-20lbs. Slow and steady and you won’t need surgery, just maintenance.

For that next video you asked recommendations for…..could you talk about the little white dots under the eyes? I notice I get them for a few weeks a year then they disappear.

Milia… I hate those things! I’m so prone to it. An influencer (not Penn) recommended an eye cream that she said got rid of her milia. It did nothing for me. I’ve even gotten so desperate as to remove them with a needle when I’ve gotten some on other parts of my face, but don’t recommend. I need advice on this too.

Regarding the ZIIP Halo- I know it’s fine to resume treatment about 10-14 days after Botox to avoid any potential dissolving of the neurotoxin. What if we only did the Nano treatment during that time? Does Melanie know if that’s the same?

Penn, after watching your video on the Ziip Halo I purchased it back in January. Unfortunately I returned it 7 times! Could not find one that worked! I wanted so bad to get one that lasted more than a month! Do you have any insight on this issue?

    • @PENNSMITHSKINCARE
      @PENNSMITHSKINCARE  หลายเดือนก่อน

@@PaulineFelenczak back in December I did a video on the awful mess that happened with ziip. Basically it sounds like there was a bad “batch” (and it sounds like a batch is huge). People got defective devices and would return them only to get another from that same batch! I think it took a while to figure the whole thing out…plus they have stock at currentbody so that complicated the issue.
I’m told that now they are back to “normal” errors (nothing like the bad batch).
      No matter what *how frustrating!!*
