It's interesting hearing him talk about this. I've never had a problem with overeating or eating the wrong foods, so I'm always fascinated with people who have those issues. It's a huge accomplishment that he has stuck with it. It sounds like a lifestyle change for him.

I was 242 pounds at the age of 16 and I started fasting and getting my cardio in. Now I’m 18 and 185 pounds. Still trying to cut down a bit more then start trying to get some muscle.

As an ethnic Korean, much of traditional Korean food is soups and vegetables (and rice). I like that type of food way more than a burger.
Lol I feel him completely on dipping the pizza crust in whatever is around, mainly ranch or marinara. He really is relatable, and breaks down eating in a very honest way.
