This is unironically the kind of comment you would expect to read from someone has been paid to distract people from an actor's proclivity for eating babies.
I really appreciate Men’s Health channel for featuring the older generation of men and how they keep themselves in shape as their bodies grow older. It really helps young men like myself stay in shape as we and our bodies grow older. Keep up the fantastic work Mr. Rudd!! Thank You Men’s Health, keep the OG’s featured on this channel, we need them!!
Paul Rudd is doing a Men's Health.. and he tells us... "I don't know what macros are.. " "GODDD I LOVE PIZZA AND GUINESs" This is definetly Paul Rudd's Men Health haha.
this is the first normal person answers on this show ever !! paul rudd is actually truthfully answering the questions like a normal human being !! 50+ year old and styaing in shape is monumental task. best of luck to him !!
He looks great, but he's aging. He looks 10 years younger than his age, but he has the tell-tale thinness to his face, which happens after 50 in many people. It's not as noticeable because he has thick, dark hair and he has decent skin. The body isn't usually hard to keep looking young if you remain active as an adult.
He’s one of the celebrities that I would most like to meet in my life. He seems like a genuinely funny and friendly guy. Also, I won’t look anything like him in 30 years. I can’t even imagine that far ahead.
Sometimes you hear about actors breaking down on set. Usually with breakdowns it's never about the thing at hand, and I'd understand it if it were that.
Just can’t watch Paul Rudd and not to smile. His appearance alone boosts my serotonin. And his self-irony, gosh, only Paul Rudd can laugh at himself the way he does ❤
I'm the same age as Paul Rudd and I thought he was talking about my parents, sugary cereals and pop. 10 cups of coffee or in my case Tetley tea. A lot of English parents in the 1970s were the same, my friends parents too. We were all going to school high on Frosties. Good times.
I went on a culinary journey bc a Lithuanian friend and tried beets in my 40s. Crazy good for you. I'll put beets, the stems and the leaves in salad, smoothie and soups
By far, arguably the best actor in hollywood. his attitude and the way he conducts himself sets himself apart from all the other actors that are in hollywood.
Just makes him even more on my level, Guinness! Also everything he said, the struggles of keeping a good diet over a prolonged period is probably the most difficult part.
I know this guy very well, he used ant-man power to crossed time line to create time dilation to get ultimate immortal power. That's why until today, he getting younger than before.
Never cared for beets till I tried Paisley farms sweet picked beets. Keep the juice and put dozen eggs in the jar to pickle them... Best salad toppings, If they make it that far.
Would recommend everyone check out the Quinta Brunson episode of Seth Rogens podcast. Paul Rudd was a super influential person to her. Really one of the best podcasts I’ve ever listened to.
Paul Rudd looks like artificial intelligence tried to make a younger David Duchovny and it's like, "I see where you were going with that, but it's not entirely accurate."
My fave cereal as a kid was "Product 19" . 😂 If I was feeling fancy I'd go with Special K or REALLY sugary it was Life cereal. I also was allowed all sweets, sodas, etc.. never liked them and still don't like them except the pre-bioitic 2g of sugar "soda". My mom used reverse psychology brilliantly.
Paul seems like a guy that would just be fun to hang out with. Doesn't take himself too seriously. What you see is what you get. Refreshing.
"seems like a guy that would just be fun to hang out with". Ross doesn't agree.
He's an actor.
Agree! He seems nice.
This is unironically the kind of comment you would expect to read from someone has been paid to distract people from an actor's proclivity for eating babies.
What you are saying is that he doesn’t act. He just plays Paul Rudd in every role.

Agreed
Yes you are so right
What older generation? He is no more than 30 years old.
@@shreyankpatel2591 He is in fact exactly 30 years old. (plus 23, but those years don't count)
@Max no but he's over 50. After 20 your metabolism slows down by 10 percent every decade, for one
every year paul puts on an event for kids and teens who stutter. he is a very generous and caring person.
Paul Rudd being 53 is such a shock to the system for me! Time goes by way too fast! 😢 😭
Plastic surgery and heaps of money does wonders.
That's Adrenochrome, baby!
It’s called Adrenochrome, my friend.
God I love Paul Rudd man, in almost every interview or content like this he's just so real.
I would only watch a movie if there's paul rudd on it
you should check him out in the podcast with Conan O'brian needs a friend. Really funny xD
This was definitely the best one yet! Paul Rudd is literally the most relatable person on earth.
Paul Rudd is just the kind of guy we need more of.
He’s a beam of energy. It’s my 2nd time watching him on this TH-cam channel.
Paul Rudd is doing a Men's Health.. and he tells us... "I don't know what macros are.. " "GODDD I LOVE PIZZA AND GUINESs" This is definetly Paul Rudd's Men Health haha.
The only guy that I want as Ant Man . He's so perfect for that role , can't see anyone to have it except Paul Rudd himself .
"But when you're not enjoying your life, try salmon." 😂
such an off the wall ~dad~ thing to say.
Dude never ages. Him and Keanu are vampires 🧛♂️
this is the first normal person answers on this show ever !! paul rudd is actually truthfully answering the questions like a normal human being !! 50+ year old and styaing in shape is monumental task. best of luck to him !!
He explains things so simple and fun !
Man is aging backwards
Yes he is 🙂
Quantum Realm is real after all

still remember him from FRIENDS and Romeo and Juliet. He looked so much older. lol
He just seems cool af and we need more people like him in this world 🤘🏻
He’s one of the celebrities that I would most like to meet in my life. He seems like a genuinely funny and friendly guy. Also, I won’t look anything like him in 30 years. I can’t even imagine that far ahead.
Paul Rudd & Ryan Reynolds need to come in a movie together!
Sounds x rated
Well with Deadpool joining the MCU it is not that uncertain 👍
what
"be" be in a movie together.
No they don't
Moral of the story: Paul Rudd is immortal ❤
Paul Rudd is the man
The ANT man
"But when you're not enjoying your life - try salmon." lmao
Nah dude if I worked hard and starved just to get my shirtless scene cut…I’m throwing a chair or something😂
Sometimes you hear about actors breaking down on set. Usually with breakdowns it's never about the thing at hand, and I'd understand it if it were that.

God I loved him as Mike in FRIENDS
Still love him in antman
Still love him as Paul Rudd
Paul totally looks great for his age 😉💯
That's just 7 minutes of pure pep-in-your-step to start your day.
Forget being shredded. I wanna be immortal like Paul 😂
He's 53... not dead 🤣
Well, the key is to be healthy and enjoy life! Just like Paul!
Another reason to love Paul Rudd.🥰
I went on a culinary journey bc a Lithuanian friend and tried beets in my 40s. Crazy good for you. I'll put beets, the stems and the leaves in salad, smoothie and soups
Without a doubt, one of the coolest celebrities
Thanks for your continuous love and support ❤️ how long have you been a fan?
1:35 Guinness 🤤 knew i loved Paul Rudd for a reason hehehe
Dude has personal trainer and nutritionist, planning out the whole journey + supporting him all the way. And he’s payed good money for that.
Fries, pizza, Guiness, chunky pb? Pretty sure he just became the best friend of half the planet, LOL! Beets?! lol, yep, we're friends now.
He just always seems so gosh darn likable!
Thanks for your continuous love and support ♥️ how long have you been a fan of mine?
Could listen to Mr.Rudd talk about anything and be involved haha 💕🤘
Now we just need his anti-aging serum recipe
He looks like he aged perfectly for his age! He looks apt for the age and he dresses for the age.
Yeah man his supposed age doesn't look like his actual age if he keeps aging at this rate his age will look like an even better age. 😁
This set/lighting combo isn't doing Paul Rudd any favors. So cold!
Love Paul Rudd. Loved the interview. Did not learn how Paul Rudd gets shredded to play ant man.
By far, arguably the best actor in hollywood. his attitude and the way he conducts himself sets himself apart from all the other actors that are in hollywood.
Finally, just a bloke being normal.
He is super cool not pretentious and self absorbed. He loves acting, Been around forever, And I hope he continues for years to come..
Thanks for your continuous love and support ❤️ how long have you been a fan?
Men's health is the buzzfeed of nutritional and training advice
Paul is one of the best people on this planet.
Cinnamon toast crunch is the greatest and most underrated cereal ever
He likes Guinness. Good man Paul!
lol, he avoids sugar yet is co owner of a candy store. I do adore him
If you give Paul Rudd a large black coffee, just make sure not to call it a Vente.
Paul Rudd talking about food like he's baked out of his mind, classic
paul should get his own channel, it would be fun to watch
How can you not love Paul? He seems genuine.
Gotta love his humor 😂
Just makes him even more on my level, Guinness! Also everything he said, the struggles of keeping a good diet over a prolonged period is probably the most difficult part.
Pizza crust & garlic butter = PERFECTION!
He so chill I enjoy him
Could you have shot this worse? You washed him out and managed to be the only production crew to ever make Paul Rudd look old.
He does look like he should be in True Blood...
Truly!!!
I love ❤ Paul Rudd! He is the coolest 😎 man alive!
That Baskin Robbins diet is working wonders
As a person who takes pizza dipping very serious I was offended.
So glad I came across this channel! This was a good one! Cheers
“I’m no Hemsworth”. = I’m not on steroids
100% dude is on the sauce. Not nearly as much as liver king is on but he’s definitely on the sauce.
Paul rudd out here making 30 years look lile 10
I know this guy very well, he used ant-man power to crossed time line to create time dilation to get ultimate immortal power. That's why until today, he getting younger than before.
“I'll give this little cookie an hour before we're doing the no pants dance.” - Brian Fantana.
Never cared for beets till I tried Paisley farms sweet picked beets. Keep the juice and put dozen eggs in the jar to pickle them... Best salad toppings, If they make it that far.
Whaaa? Never heard of doing that with eggs. Gotta try that
I love how the thumb is him drinking juice. Because you know. He juiced.
Paul Rudd is the kind of dude, who will shrink down to steal a pizza for you then say“ I’m good can’t have any gotta watch my macros”.
This man does not age!
Preaching to the choir on coffee! Love it
Would recommend everyone check out the Quinta Brunson episode of Seth Rogens podcast. Paul Rudd was a super influential person to her. Really one of the best podcasts I’ve ever listened to.
He’s so fun and handsome
The world would be a better place if everyone was Paul Rudd.
I think you meant *35
So down to earth! Love him!
The way these videos just flat out ignore the rampant use of steroids in hollywood is hilarious
He's so damn likable and hilarious.
Paul Rudd is my spirit animal for sure, not because of the ant thing but the Guinness omg.
Pint of Guinness…yes sir! And crunchy peanut butter…what a guy.
Paul will be my sexiest man alive forever. ❤️
Thanks for your continuous love and support ❤️ how long have you been a fan of mine?
This guy is just happy and all is well. That’s the vibe, you know what I’m saying?
MEMBER HIM IN CLUELESS 😅 REALLY HASNT AGED A WHOLE LOT
Damn I love his stance on coffee! Same here, there's never too much coffee! (Coffee=black, no sugar)
I can’t believe Paul Rudd is in his 50’s.
the coffee after 5pm thing must be a placebo for him. If he's having 10 cups before 5pm, he's not sleeping past 5pm anyway with that amount
I would love Paul Rudd to be my dad 😭😂
Well he is delightful!
The title is misleading but I'm here for Paul Rudd.
Thanks for your continuous love and support ❤️ how long have you been a fan?
When Paul said make him medium, I was thinking somewhere if Mads or Anthony(both played Hannibal BTW) saw that, they would say thank you, they will.😉
I remember that coffee scene of role models. I will take a large! Not a Venti!!
Tip for helping to enjoy salmon: Put it in a healthy type bread sandwich.
Good fun video that didn't tell us anything about how to eat like him.
Pizza and fries and bread cereal for old people and if that's not working then try salmon
Paul Rudd looks like artificial intelligence tried to make a younger David Duchovny and it's like, "I see where you were going with that, but it's not entirely accurate."
Title error, someone swapped the 5 and the 3 around.
LMAO, best answers ever, Paul Rudd rocks!
I’ve always had the biggest crush on this man.
Thanks for your continuous love and support ♥️♥️ how long have you been a fan of mine?
Oh I just love that guy.
Awesome interview.
He has the fountain of youth
