@@vincarro5078 For hundreds of dollars a trainer gets to inform you of information, the same information you can be informed with, for free, on the internet.
It depends. When you're first starting to lift having a trainer to teach the proper form and watch you for a couple of sessions to make sure you're doing the form correctly is gigantic.
I've been working in a fitness center for years. The trainers are very well educated (certified/degreed, etc.) & experienced. The issue I have w/trainers is most of them have an athletic background w/a competitive nature. Totally opposite of what a seasoned couch potato like me needs. I need a nudge, not a push. You know meat diet is the lunacy correct? Meats and dead carcasses are clearly making you unhealthy while fruits and veggies and plants are what brings you into an infinitely healthier place. I say pure truth. I give pure love.
Love love love this advice!! I have found it to be true that you don’t need a trainer. Balance and consistency is key. I’ve lost 120lbs since 2012 naturally and have been able to maintain half of that since then.
A great thing to add to your diet is either a can of kidney beans red or white, butter beans, green peas, gungo peas, rosecoco beans or even sweet corn, these things are filling with good fibre and protien content. Just eat any one of these cans everyday or at least for most of the week, also a couple of bananas. So basically beans and bananas will fill you up real good and drink water

The best advice on this series. Some people have complicated food and exercises that just come off as pretentious and untrue. He is also correct, you don't need a trainer and yes, eat what you like, just in moderation.
Keto i.f. is where its at..riced cauliflower is insanely good...Snacking spikes insulin so you really only want to eat like 2 meals a day in 4 hour window you are good the rest of the time in a fasted state only drinking water, tea &/or coffee...If you eat super nutrient dense foods and cut all artificial stuff & sugars...its easier to fast because you are satiated...and then throwing in a 24/48 hr to 3 day fast once a month or so and you are good to go..
