  • In this class we will be focusing on core.
    This class classes consist of exercises performed on the floor which were designed to target and isolate muscles using the gravity of your own body. These exercises fluidly move your body ultimately building core strength, flexibility, awareness and control. Coupled with integrated breathing techniques Pilates is designed to aid in weight loss, postural imbalances, and alignment and also reduce stress, tension, and increasing your fitness level. In this class Caroline uses the aid of magic circle to add a fun yet challenging element to the class.
    Caroline Leon is a certified Pilates, Yoga and Pregnancy fitness expert in the UAE.
    Completing a Bachelor of Medical Science majoring in Anatomy and Physiology at the University of Western Sydney, Caroline began her Pilates training with the Founder and Director of Pilates Moves, Helen Tardent and attained her full Pilates certification as well as a certificate in Pathology, Conditioning and Neuro-liguistic Programming (NLP).
    Continuing her Post Graduate education, Caroline also completed a Graduate Diploma in International Health and is currently completing a Masters Degree in Disaster Mitigation and Humanitarian Relief.
    Based in Dubai, Caroline teaches an array of classes and workshops and has contributed as a Heath expert to the UAE’s Health and Fitness magazine, Physique Magazine and Sports 360 Newspaper.
    Caroline is a Pilates Teacher Trainer. She holds regular Pilates Teacher Training courses and Retreats worldwide.
