    Steps to fix your device.
    1. Remove the Right muff and mesh
    2. Heat up the cover over the main wires
    3. Remove the cover that is over the wires
    4. Unsolder all connections on the main wire
    5. Pull the wire through the side panel speaker cup
    6. Unscrew the screw holding in the metal swivel hinge
    7. Remove the metal swivel hinge
    8. Take the hinge and pull the wire through
    9. Put the unit back together
    10. Get back to jamming out 🎵

    Do you know how to replace or fix the bluetooth button? I can't get my headphones into pairing mode anymore and I believe the slide button physically doesn't work in the pairing mode as it works allowing me to turn it on and off

    Thanks to this video i managed to repair my headphones, and they work! However the noice cancelling doesn't work and makes a continuous, loud, high pitched noice when i turn it on. Do you know what could be the issue?

      blue: LFF - (in the back)
      purple: LFF + (in the back)
      red/black: R (in the back)
      big black: B- (in the back)
      big red: B+ (in the back)
      gold/green: L (in the back)
      gold/black: T (in the front)
      green: LFB- (in the front)
      white: LFB+ (in the front)
      green/red: LDRV+ (in the front)
      red/gold: LDRV- (in the front)
      blue/black: DET (in the front)

      I just happened to come by this here, glad someone asked, thank you. Some of the wires under a bright light the colours and the stripes sometimes seem to look like they’ve changed colors! Bose did a very poor job on making it easy to identify these wires. Oh well… everything comes apart really easy, now to put it back together!

    i stripped one of the t8 screws! what should i do???

      Use a rubber band on the tip of the screwdriver and it should help get the screw out

    I heard a little pop as I took the wires out. Could I have damaged the battery? It didn't work when reassembled. 😢

    Did this and got everything together but when i power them on its screams like a siren😢. Don't know were it whent wrong. Tried unsolder 1 wire to se if the siren alarm whent off with no luck! Resolder the same wire and unsolder another whitout any diffrens. Any ide what have gone wrong? Someon tought it could be the polarity that should be reversed.

      From what I was told from a repair ninja you may have soldered one of the wires on the board improperly. Did you take a photo of the board and wire orientation before you took it off?

      That is flux that we added. It helps making the soldering a faster process, but it is not mandatory
