    • How To Stop A Panic At...
This video is meant to show you how to stop a panic attack. If you would like to stop a panic attack, the most obvious thing we try to do is get rid of it or stop it. But, this actually strengthens the attack. In order to reduce the strength of the panic attack, we have to allow the panic attack to be there. Don't try to stop the panic attack. Let the feeling be as it is.
I hope you find this video about how to stop a panic attack to be helpful

i've been struggling for panic attacks for 2 years now,and the more i know about my anxiety, fears and struggles the more it becomes easy to deal with it. It is true that, ACCEPTING my condition helps a lot. I tend to get insecure because other people get to enjoy their lives without having attacks in public, but i have realized that my anxiety attacks taught me the importance of peace, calmness, relaxation and self acceptance that other people fails to have. To those who were like me, LOVE yourself and don't compare your life to others.

allowing myself to fully experience a panic attack was the only thing that ever helped. This included accepting my death as that always seemed to be the ultimate fear involved with a panic attack. The sooner i just said to myself "Ok im dying now and we all have to go sometime so if it's my time there is nothing i can do but let it happen" was the sooner i started to feel better. You can't hide from it...Maybe that's just my experience but i thought i would share it.

Im here literally 5 minutes after having one... I legit thought i was about to die or something... I was about to call my mom until something said you are having a panic attack... As soon as i acknowledged it my body started to relax abit and 10 minutes later i got some sort of control of myself again... Anyone who exoeriances this often or right now God be with you because it is horrifying...

Creating awareness, acceptance and getting comfortable with your sensations of panic are the key to desensitization. Great video Noah.

I used to have panic attack in my work in front of customers. They were quite debilitating. Sometimes I would leave the room pretending I need to go to the restroom. Then I joined this group for social anxiety and they taught me more or less what you are saying. So I started having panic attacks right there in front of the customers and just let them see-[mostly hand shivering when counting money etc.] The attack would usually dissipate with 5 min or so. This happened a number of times. Now i rarely have them at all, since I am not afraid of them anymore.

The more panic attacks I have the more memories I lose and the more of my personality turns into nothing. But this video is probably gonna help me for a bit.

I've suffered from panic attacks for over 20 years now. My triggers are driving, being in large crowds, in situations I know I can't leave or get out of. My heart beats fast, I feel nervous, major heat, I swallow air, shake, I feel like I'm going to fall, like it’s my last breath, dizzy. I've been through all the medical tests you can imagine. I've been taking Effexor XR for a few years now and it does help some. Thank you for this video Noah, I will certainly try and watch your other videos.

As someone who has had this experience for years now, I feel relieved that it can easily be cured just by allowing it to happen. This is the very situation that worsens my stammering and speech blocks every time I try to prevent it. I just pray that I succeed in being open about it, and to not try to hide it,and end up worsening the situation in the process. I have never taken any anti-depressants or anything of that source, and I do not think I will. If it started by itself, then it can heal by itself. As long as I become open about it.

I live with anxiety and its an affliction for sure, my latest neurosis is when I walk up a flight of stairs I get scared from my own breath going more rapid and it causes this panic, its so scarey. what I need in that moment is lots of love and assurance that everything is ok. not everyone will give it, some judge panic like there is something seriously wrong with you. it makes it even worst to cope with it. your so comforting Noah, you look like such a compassionate soul!

I had a severe panic attack while driving on the interstate when a nephew died of an overdose. I was in shock at that time. Since then I haven’t been able to drive on the interstate despite the fact I used to drive across the US multiple times by myself. I’d do anything to get my freedom back. Can you do a video on driving anxiety? Now I just drive the longer ways avoiding the interstate.
