Hi 👋 make sure you get her evaluated by a cardiologist because she could be misdiagnosed like me.
I have a heart arrhythmia and IST which is inappropriate sinus tachycardia that will happen out of the blue also. Additionally, diet is huge…no MSG or preservatives, nitrates etc.
try to keep a diary of when she gets them and you might discover that her symptoms could be catalyzed by her diet-yet, I do have chronic anxiety & panic disorder too…it’s just worse with a heart condition 😢

But please keep going dont stop this awesome videos , once again i thank you front of everyone because you was the reason make me finally healed from a little psychological case which is fears and worries what caused to me before loss weight , cannot focus , tension neck muscles include neck and when the panic attack comes the stomach liquid goes up causing swollen in the end of my throat between neck and chest this small hole i was always feeling it like stuck or something inside and always body shake ... Even i check in hospital heart , kidney , liver function , spleen , glucose , chest and lungs , blood test , brain test , all lymph nodes include the ones on neck and tongue ...all normal all i found only a slight loss of vitamin B which is doctor he said its nothing for all what happening to you organically ure fine but also take vitamin b which is will note make big difference because ur problem in your feelings more than ur body means psychological ... And after weeks i found u and i followed you .. after just 20 days i am really new person even the panic attack which always comes daily 10-40 minutes disappeared by itself finally this panic forgot me and i forgot her and i can sleep normal like i didn't sleep for long years thank you really 🌹

I have really bad panic attacks, I’m trying your techniques but it’s not working. Am I just too far gone with my panic attack ? … I don’t know what I’m doing wrong 😑 when I try doing the breathing exercises it makes me feel worse ..: what am I doing wrong 😥

Panic disorders usually require the help of a specialized health professional, such as a psychiatrist or a cognitive behavioral therapist. Your doctor should be able to refer you.
