I’ve watched many glute videos and Maddie’s so far is the best at explaining the proper forms and techniques. I think I actually get it now. Thanks Maddie! 😊
This is my second time watching this video because it's a great explainer on some very common glute-focused exercises. Thus, I have been practices the form without weights at home so that it becomes 2nd nature. Tomorrow, I'll be putting it all into practice at the gym with the weights. Next, I would like to see an explainer video for the following exercises: elevated smith machine reverse lunges (barbell), squat (barbell). Thanks so much for putting us all on the right path to correctly exercising in the gym.
I love the explanation about the core, deep and to the point. Some videos give you all this "gym talk" and don't explain what it means. Doing this helps me to move on faster to the next level and follow your work outs. Thank you, for making it simpler.
I’ve watched so many videos about glute growth and none of them ever said take them shoes off!! I noticed they didn’t have any on but didn’t think nun of it , tonight I took them shoes off while I hip thrust and oooh boy did I feel it more in my glutes this time rather than quads. Thank you so much for shedding some light on our buns 😊
I was literally jumping on joy after watching your videos, my heart was so full as a beginner! Keep it coming! You inspire me, I'm from Philippines btw! Totally blessed to find your Yt Channel hihi
I originally clicked the video to watch a pretty woman exercise but was blown away by the well grounded explanation of exercising. I spent 30 years exercising in gyms and by far this was the best explained form motion do and donts I’ve ever heard. New subscriber and getting motivated to go back to the old routine after recovering from muscle injuries.
Another great video, it’s refreshing how positive you are when helping correct peoples forms. Im post ACL surgery and trying to get my strength back in my injured leg so I appreciate all the tips which I’ll be trying. Keep up the positive vibes!!!!!!!
this is the first video i watched from you. the way you explain is so easy to follow with some cues for us to think of while doing the excercise. great video
You’re such a natural at explaining things simply and easily for everyone to understand❤ So glad you started a TH-cam channel too! Been following on IG for years, since the at home workout days🤗
Thank you so much for this! I’m back into my fitness journey and am on my third week of consistency. It was easy to follow and understand I will be incorporating these on my glutes day!
I never look at myself in the mirror when working out. Never understood why people did that. Even now when I take group classes with other people and there are tons of mirror's around. I always focus on that angle you talk about to think about the muscle group I'm working on. EVEN THEN ITS SO HARD. But LOVE YOUR video's to help me on my PERSONAL journey to being a better person! PERSONAL EXELLENCE IS THE ULTIMATE REBELLION! ❤
I didn't know you could use that handle thing for cable kickbacks 😭😭 I've been holding out on kickbacks because I didn't have an ankle strap. Let the booty gains commence!!!
Love, love, love RDLs and Bulgies (yes, I actually like Bulgies!!) While I've seen the tip about sitting on the bench and extending your leg out, never have seen the one with sitting on the leg! Clever! Your B-stance hip thust was so helpful. I'm still a novice at all of the hip thrust exercises, so I definitely appreciate the tips. Also learned a lot for the kickbacks (and had some laughs while you were explaining things.) Always love your channel!! How many times a week should we work in glute exercises for growth? Thanks so much for your awesome videos, Maddie!!
Love all of your videos!! Very detailed in explaining what to do and not to do. I have followed many but yours are the best out there by far 🥰 thank you!
YOOOH! The tip for the Bulgarian foot placement is chefs kiss honey. Like Maddie, why am I jus finding your videos after foot shuffling sooo hard 😩😂😂😂 thank you ☺️
I just came across your video and by far this was the best explanation of how to execute all these leg exercises. Please keep them coming! Would love to see upper body as well! ❤💪🏽🙏🏽
This is very helpful! Thank you so much! I’m definitely going to save and reference this video often. I’d love to see some compound/uni/iso breakdowns for a pull day and a push day. Salamat!
I think I'm subscribed to at least 25 different. I don't know ... vlog trainers, ?? I don't know what to call you... I guess just people who make videos about working out in because I have a lot of experience. I'm very selective, but honestly yours are the best No-nonsense put very light still and also extremely helpful. For watching or just listening
There's another way you can do an rdl. Stand on a step. Have your legs either with a bend or minimal (whichever you prefer) move the bar as low as possible and then squat to bring the bar all the way down. Then push back up. If you don't feel that - well, there's no hope for you!! 😉
Love all these tips! Thank you. Question about your shoes. I want to get flat training shoes but I heard somewhere that squats are better done in shoes with a heel. Is that true? Or do you think a flat training shoe is okay for all weightlifting?
My problem with shoes is I do cardio before every workout so I always have running shoes… idk if I should just run with leg day shoes. Maybe I’ll just start bringing 2 shoes to the gym, but it’s not ideal P.s. my gym don’t not permit you to be in socks or without shoes on Also I only feel my glute workouts in my hamstrings including hip thrust which at the moment I do feel in my glute, but when I get sore it’s only in my hamstrings
Could you give us how many reps and sets we’d do if we’re going to put this in our workout on leg day?? My guess from the Leg/Glute day workout you showed in your full week of workouts video, is 4sets. I saw Kelly’s video in her top 5 glute exercises, and she explained higher reps/lower weight to failure to grow the glute medius. So, I was thinking 4 sets of 10-15???
She is so passionate about helping others!!! Great job as usual.
Thank you so much!
Pretty face too❤

So helpful. I’ve been working out for years and still have been struggling with perfecting a couple of these. Thank u!
This is the best video on explaining how to do a exercise. Can you please do home workouts for people that don’t or can’t go to the gym? Thanks
Apart from a pleasurable watch, I find your videos very informative, with simplified easy to understand instructions 👏

Is there lockers or somewhere in the gym that you can keep extra shoes for lifting? So you can go in your running shoes and then switch

cable glute kickback you can do that exercise upright or bent there are different versions
I have been going gym for 2 years now and I do all the right tips for form on RDLs but I still get back pain, I don’t know what else I can do!
