- Follow and get sweating to this 20 min bodyweight full body workout! This workout session helps you build muscle and increase strength using compound movements as well as a variation in tempo per exercise. It also has an element of cardio and core moves that will increase your core temperature and ramp up calorie burn. We target the whole body with this workout including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn some body fat, expend calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes full body strength workout.

One question - is there a frequency to how often should do lower body? I have been doing the guided workouts x3 a week and loving them, but notice my thighs have started to bulk which I've never had before.

I am all for strength and conditioning training as this not all tones your body but also makes you stronger in your lower and upper body. I just wish that your workout was much longer, at least 40 minutes which includes warmup and cool down.

For anyone been doing mr and mrs muscle for a while do these short workouts with only 4 to 5 moves in them realy give results towards weightloss and getting a tighten nice shape ? I have been following the app for 4 weeks now praying to see somthing 😅🤞 and if im not sore or even alittle the next day or after am i not pushing hard enough or does sorness matter .. maybe its in my head if my arms leg or core are ok feeling then i didnt do enough ?and does the body just get use to using weights and doesnt get alittle stiff or sore after first week or so
