Awesome Thank you. I really like the Brush you show to use. You are the 1st one I've seen do this. Always a soft toothbrush.. The makeup brushes, Are A Fantastic idea!!🙏🙏🙏🕊
I don't know if it's still available, but I loved cleaning my jewelry with Ultra Joy. It might have a bit of ammonia in it. It makes hardy jewelry pieces sparkle like new money. I also love the jewelry cleaning papers made by Connoisseur. They do an amazing job on silver.
Well, I certainly need help! Lol! Thanks for that and thanks for watching! We all learn from each other, nobody can know it all. Well, maybe somebody does, but it’s not me! Cheers!
One thing I do with flaky faux pearls is paint a little Dishwasher safe Mod Podge on them. I don’t know if it is harmful, but it does give them a waterproof seal and prevents more flaking. It also glues down loose flakes where they belong. I do disclose this when I sell.
Cool, always interested in new tips. I clean vintage but not all of the patina. I had a live Jewel School, we didn’t get to the cleaning 🤣 always love your content xoxo
Yeah, I really like the patina too!!!! But I will gently wipe maybe just a bit so it doesn't look drab and dirty. Thanks for watching!! I gotta catch up on your videos too. Hugs, SANDRA
I would suggest packing your items without sealing them and then weighing. When you're listing your item there is a field on eBay to put the weight and measurements of the box. That way your buyers will get the correct shipping cost for the item automatically and you don't have to worry about calculating it yourself. Hope this helps! Hugs.
Hello Everyone, I wanted to check on your choice of glue for replacement of stone, bead,or pearl ? Thank you for the cleaning advice. I enjoy your videos and 😮 nice to share with the rest of us. See you soon.
Hey Sylvia, amber, pearls, opals, etc. should be stored in velvet pouches or something like it to avoid them rubbing up against other jewelry and scratching it. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
Your intro really made me giggle. Love it!😍😄
Thanks and thanks for watching!

Thank you for the cleaning tips! Could you do a video on how you handle shipping costs for sold items?
Thanks for watching. Do you mean shipping costs on eBay sales? Lemme know!
@@TheFunkyPickleThrifter Yes please! :)

Hi, thanks for watching! I use G-S Hypo Cement, it dries clear and is the best one I've found. Good luck!
Thanks.

Great information! I just acquired a 1961 Monet gold tone bolero necklace. Do you know how I can clean it without losing the gold tone on it? Thanks.
I would try to gently wipe it with a barely wet cloth. That's the safest bet I think. THANKS for watching and good luck!
How do you store your amber pieces??
Hey Sylvia, amber, pearls, opals, etc. should be stored in velvet pouches or something like it to avoid them rubbing up against other jewelry and scratching it. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
409 diluted is what my antique dealer uses.
How would you turn my blackened vintage Goldette bracelet back to gold fake. Is it a lost hope once it’s turned black?
It may not be fixable if the gold tone has rubbed away. Perhaps try wiping gently with a barely damp cloth? It may just be grime. Good luck!
