Big smile on my face watching this one! Your energy level and excitement was on a whole new level (even with the tig learning curve issues) and it's awesome to see. Keep up the good work!
Just found this channel, good stuff. Also I think the BOV before the intercooler is a better idea to lower heat soaking, no reason to dump cold air, might as well dump it before it makes your heat exchanger work.
Nice setup..!! I really like how it looks. How do you like the intake temperatures with the water to water intercooler? I’m planning to do that for my swap but I heard mix reviews with the intercoolers.
I am finished fabricating but I still appreciate the feedback! I was cleaning it up, I think it ended up just being a really bad piece to fit up to, not thick enough.
This intercooler is rated for 350HP and 70psi. My piping welds would probably burst long before that. I've never dynod this thing and run with no boost gauge but I have a 10psi waste so I recon it runs at 10 psi.

Thanks! Glad it came across as positive lol this had me struggling but gotta move forward!
Awesome job. Keep practicing on your tig. Don't get discouraged.
Thanks! I have been getting a bit better and turns out a lot of that material I was using was crap lol.
Awesome! Long time since your last video. Keep it going 👍
Nice set up bro super clean
Thanks!
very nice. congrass...
Nice build. Getting ready to do a custom one on my genesis coupe and program it with a 12v plc for progressive pump speed, fail safes etc
Sounds pretty rad!

That is a fantastic point! Thanks for checking out the channel 🙏

Haven't monitored it but most oem manufacturers are going with water to air these days, if you have a sufficient heat exchanger it will work well!
Very cool 😎
I know you’ve probably finished fabricating by now but are you cleaning the oxidation off the aluminum before attempting to weld it?

We should have a car cruise together sometime 😎
You can guarantee my whole summer will be dedicated to cruising and enjoying this thing, getting to my limit of enjoying the build phase lol
@Porty's Chopshop if you are ever in Las Vegas give me a shout
I have 2 620s what kind of price range would a sr20 swap be or would a ka24de be cheaper, not to smart but willing to learn how to install myself
If it were my choice I'd go ka24de. Way less complicated and as much power as you'd ever need.
I'm a pretty good tig welder with steel, but dang, aluminum is so much harder!
I hear that! I've been getting better but every practice session costs me money!
How much hp/boost are you able to have with all these parts in your build?

I want one with that same motor. Im jealous 😡😡😡😡
