    What parts did you grease during installation?
    How did you know where to align the Z Offset ?
    Did you check for any leaks in the hot end nozzle area during prints to make sure they installed it properly?
    What speed did you try each print at? Same speed?

    • @3DPrintsBuilds
      @3DPrintsBuilds  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      At first you don't need to grease anything, but you can grease lead screw. In the manual you can find how to auto level and set z-offset. I didn't have any leaks, but you can take off the extruder unit plastic cover and check it. Printing speed depend what you print. Default is about 50-60 mm/s. More difficult and small details prints slower. TPU also slower. Bigger and simple prints faster.

      Thanks! It's hard to say what's ideal tension. The belts need to be tight enough that extruder or bed moves smoothly. If it's too tight it's hard to move extruder or bed and if too loose, movement isn't smooth.

      Assembly is very easy and it's mostly assembled. In this video you can see, what you need to do. 4 bolts to put the frame together, 2 bolts filament holder, 3 bolts screen, 2 cable clips and some connectors to plug and it's done.

      @@3DPrintsBuilds There isn't enough info on this printer. It so clogged before I could do one print. I took the printhead off and put in a new one to deal with the clog.
      I don't know how to set the dial on the printhead and it was smashing the filament too thin. Not plug and play like my Prusa Mini and nowhere near the quality but I wanted something bigger and didn't want to spend $1000 on a Mk3. You can't beat Prusa machines from what I've seen.

    • @3DPrintsBuilds
      @3DPrintsBuilds  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@joeking433 I haven't had any clogging problems. If you load your filament be sure it goes to the right place. It can miss the hole which goes to hotend and it can go between the gears and filament will stuck. It can happen with direct extruders. If extruder gear smashing the filament it is too tight. You need to loosen it. The red knob is where you can adjust the tightness. The first print in this video was the first print I did with this 3d printer. I had no problems.
