Nice non sports submission reveal. I also sent a non sports submission of all 1993 Marvel Masterpieces. Got 15 10s out of 21 cards. Not bad! Thanks for sharing!

Also, love that TMNT Splinter card, my brother and I have a ton of those cards as we opened up a few boxes of them back in the day! We have a couple complete sets w/ stickers between us, but I should look at getting some our favorites graded!

I have a question, through your experience do you recommend splitting up a subset or small insert set through multiple submissions to decrease odds of being over critical while grading. Note: These cards are all Gem worthy
Also would like your input on submitting all of the same player? Say a 30 card Tom Brady 2004-2006 all different sets.
I apologize, I know you don’t have to give me any feedback but it would be greatly appreciated. I have a huge collection and recently started submitting to PSA and haven’t even cracked the surface. Just figuring out the best game plan.

Smart thinking 👍 Yes, from my experience I definitely recommend splitting up a subset, cards from the same player, anything you have a large number of the same thing. Graders tend to get hyper critical looking at the same thing over and over in the same order, plus they get bored. Boredom means less positivity when grading cards. I recommend sprinkling them across multiple orders. Sounds like you have a great collection 🙌 Best of luck with your grades, and happy collecting! LV

Start with buying cards from a show or movie you love 👍 So fun to collect non-sports!
Awesome cards! Japanese Pokemon cards also grade the best as quality control is great unlike the English sets😅

Just watched a video about the new PSA slabs having little cracks in then near the edges, I noticed them on several of the cards in your video (Venom, Minecraft, Butcher Billy... all near the top right corner of the cards). Was wondering if you noticed these and if you plan to do anything about it? Love the vids!!
Oh man! You’re right! I honestly didn’t notice them until your comment, but now they’re all I can see. PSA definitely needs to fix this going forward quick 👍 I don’t plan on doing anything as long as PSA fixes this situation before my next order pops. Thanks for the heads up!
hard to tell form the quick glance at the back, but was there an issue with the top portion of the hologram on the back of the foil Nightcrawler? I like those 2007 Masterpieces -- I bought a complete foil set a few years ago in binder sheets for about $50 on an auction site -- have gotten a number of tens and still have to submit some others...cool submission...love to see

I have done some Pokemon grading and it definitely is more of a challenge in my opinion!
Pokémon seems so tricky! I must be doing it wrong cuz the value added never seems worth it even getting 10’s. The pops are out of control high. So different than sports cards. Thanks for always watching!
Quick question, as a professional doing this for a living what is your gem rate and what should mine be to be successful like yourself?
Great question 👍 It definitely depends on the year of the cards. For 1990-2017 cards your gem rate should be at least 40% 👌 For 2018-2024 cards your gem rate should be at least 70% give or take. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

I’ve noticed the back surface on Lorcana can be pretty scratchy…love the Marvel & TMNT cards…I used to collect the TMNT set in the early 90s as a youngin’…great video as always. Thanks for sharing 🤘🤘
Yeah, I’m still kinda surprised there are soooo many 10’s on the Lorcana cards. I must be missing something. TMNT’s were the best in the 90’s 🙌
When the "kids" got back to filming, they were married and graduated college 😢😂😅😮😊

I love Rittenhouse cards. I buy Star Trek cards from Rittenhouse all the time.
I love those holograms from X-Men Series 2...I bought a sealed tin and it came with the complete set, all of those holo foils and the 3D wolverine (plus the promos)...way cheaper than ripping boxes.
I love ‘em too 👌 Are the Star Trek ones just as condition sensitive? They chip so easily

I put together the Picard Season 2/3 master set together and since they are all on card autos you are gonna get more dings and edgewear than chrome sticker auto cards. I just love the fact they are all on card and I love the chase for the cool inscriptions out of Rittenhouse. Going forward I plan on buying a case of whatever trek set comes out.
So I was watching a video you posted 3 days ago and I saw you bought a Karl Malone card, I was just wondering if you knew about his history? I get we collect sports cards and there would essentially be no market for cards if we always cared about players wrongdoings, however in Malones case impregnating an under age girl and paying her hush money and to this very day denying the child who he knows he is the father of to me is unforgivable. People make mistakes all the time, but people like that shouldn't be looked up to or collected. Wander Franco is no longer collected and to to me what Malone did and continues to do is far more egregious, despicable, whatever negative word you want to use it's just not right. I honestly don't care what players do privately illegal or legal just don't impregnate under age women or rape them or assault them, and don't harm kids or deny kids you know you are the father of. You seem like a good dude and idk if you know that about Malone or not but I thought I'd let you know. I just hate seeing the wrong people being idolized and respected/collected. Ps- I get they're just cards it's really not that big of a deal, but it shocking to me to see the double standard with Franco losing his career and hated by collectors now, but Malone is still a HOF and for the most part collected and loved by the hobby to this very day
I definitely don’t like Karl Malone and the card wasn’t for my PC in any way. I grew up in the 90’s watching a ton of basketball and collecting basketball cards, so some times Malone cards just bring back some nostalgia. And it’s the era I know. I definitely don’t idolize him in any way at all. I appreciate you watching my vid and the comment 🙌
Malone market is non existent for this reason. Wander Franco was all hype and never accomplished anything so his cards are understandably worthless
