- I bought 30+ cards on eBay and sent them in to PSA to be graded, here was my results. I took the amount of money I spent buying the cards, added them to grading fees + shipping then subtracted that number from what the cards sold for in their graded slab. Nice. I have a few stacks of Wild Card autos from their last few bundles. Need to send them off to get graded. That checkerboard Young was a damn solid win! Good job.

I always assumed the raw cards on ebay weren't gradable for the most part? I mean if they were why wouldn't the seller just send it in?
So i picked up a few Kyle McCord autos when he transferred, any thoughts on if he plays well what that might do for his card values?

Wowow !! This is how you do flipping !!! Impressive profit and choices of cards you putchased. Expensive cards to PSA and flip. most of flipper i watched, they buy low cards, and send to PSA 60% got 9. Usually Auto card and Special card are good to send to PSA. Thank You

Yup people have 0 clue. Especially in the states we haven’t seen much of this draft class play anyway. I remember hearing 2021 football draft class was one of the greatest ever and it completely flopped. Nobody will know for a few years. Topic I hear great things about, it sucks he has just about no cards I was trying to look for them.
Obviously not a big deal but i think Brian Thomas jr was writing #11 and not a jr. Think that was his # at LSU. Could be wrong though

Almost everyone selling raw cards on eBay will list them as ungraded near mint or better to cover the fact that the card wasn’t going to get a 10 but you can still get lucky.
Very true. I’ve had to relist a bunch of cards that I get and have some minor print lines or a soft corner.

I added shipping on all the orders and I used the March/April special of $16.99 I probably should’ve mentioned that. But yes I may have left out a couple extra bucks like $30-40 in PSA shipping.

My last 2 subs took between 6-7 weeks. It used to be way worse.

@@degenrips 2 things - 1 Have you ever subbed other peoples cards to go in for grading with yours? I'd pay extra for the handling and shipping obviously. 2 - Any experience with Arena Club grading? Their slabs are sharp, they do "technical" grading, saying they give a more detailed and transparent grade but i haven't seen that they provide any increase in value as of yet. Maybe I am wrong, but I haven't seen it yet, even at $9 a card which are the specials they run

I don’t dislike Conor I’m just a bit fatigued from him. I wish he fought more and I wish he won more, he’s just not that guy. If his fight with Chandler sells as well has his past couple fights I will be impressed for sure.
@@degenrips the Dublin press conference between the 2 sold out in 5 minutes yesterday. It’s super hyped and I saw something that it’s already going to be the biggest fight in the last years. I do agree with with you though. When he declined after losing those times then breaking his ankle he wasn’t the same. His short build up and legacy was enough to solidify him though because this dude brought so much more business to the ufc he’s undeniably one of the goats. Also he beat the dust out of some of the best fighters in their prime like it wasn’t nothing. Conner in his prime those couple years is better than any fighter in his class I’d argue besides khabib. N even then I think mcgregor fought tougher opponents in their prime.
I dont understand why psa doesnt put sub grades and a graphic showing whats wrong with the card... i feel like if a comapany doesnt do thag how can u trust the grade of the card.. psa is really bad with grades tbh theres alot of 10s that shouldnt be 10s and alot of 7,8 and 9s that should be 10s.

have you received any cards off ebay that ended up not being grade worthy? ive been doing this same thing and probably almost 50% of the cards come in with some slight dimple, scratch, etc that didnt show in listing photo. smh.
definitely I have and its frustrating. Depending on the card I'll put it right back up for what I bought it for or a little less. Im still holding some of them to sell at draft time and closer to nfl season.
That's just the way it goes. Most cards have some sort of defect even if it's a faint print line. 🤷🏼♂️
Right there with you. Just a small issue with the modern card scene. People try to get rid of anything not gradeworthy these days by being deceptive with their listing photos. Just part of the game!
@ZRCards I like the sellers that try to get the right angle, so their card doesn't appear to be OC lol.
I do the same thing and my cards have all come as they were listed. I’ve nvr had any issues in the six yrs I’ve used eBay

good grades but with ebay fees, shipping, taxes and grading fees you didnt really make any money off of some of the cards like the penix one i think you broke even
I baked shipping fees and grading fees into the cake at the end. Then I sold most of those cards off eBay. I actually made a really solid amount of money from this. Especially for what I sold those Risacher cards for when he went first. So I actually overshot my projected results by quite a lot.
I have a sexist conspiracy theory lol sorry female fans of channel but the NBA is sandbagging the current NBA draft class to make more room in the news cycle for Caitlyn Clark and the WNBA. I first noticed it when the men’s Final Four got the cold shoulder from the media compared to past seasons promotions. It’s just feels weird seeing the men’s side to quiet while Caitlyn Clark is in all my feeds. Shenanigans lol
