Thank you for this video! I did it after a 10 km run, I usually do just standing cooldown stretches without a mat, but today I felt like I needed more and this session was perfect. I added a couple more stretches after the end of the video, on my back (it felt natural to do them after ending the video on the belly).
Wonderful! Well done for giving your body that little bit more TLC Adriana. I do have lots of standing stretches too if you want to do one of them, the thumbnail image on the video gives an idea of what type of stretch it is 😊

thank you!! I love dynamic stretches - you can feel how much they help. I love yoga and running both and sometimes I hesitate to run for fear of getting too stiff. I feel much more comfortable in my body post run after following along your video.
You're so welcome! I know exactly how you feel, if you can see them both as part of your movement vocabulary. The bigger the vocabulary the better. The healthier your body is if it can do multiple things rather than just specialising in one movement routine. Do both 😀

Definitely needed that, thanks Ash. 18k run just done, middle 10 being a tempo pace. Working towards a sub 1:30 half in Jan. Hopefully these regular post run routines are going to keep me injury free!

Considering I was supposed to have the back operation last year couldn't of dreamed of this progress Ash. The consultant told me 20 years ago after the injury non impact sports so raced bikes instead. 2nd 10k without pain now and with your help I'm managing to build up to more gains. Cross training has also been beneficial. I have a really basic shoe the puma velocity nitro 2. It's comfortable and light but nothing to compare it with. Started to pick the pace up now so considering something like the Endorphin pro3 but not sure if I'd be wasting money as I've been pain free the last 3 runs with the Velocitys. Exciting times though 😁🙏

Just done this straight after a run and honestly mate never felt such a good stretch from following a video the little details in explanation help alot, keep it up I can see you doing well

thank you!! I love dynamic stretches - you can feel how much they help. I love yoga and running both and sometimes I hesitate to run for fear of getting too stiff. I feel much more comfortable in my body post run after following along your video.
You're so welcome! I know exactly how you feel, if you can see them both as part of your movement vocabulary. The bigger the vocabulary the better. The healthier your body is if it can do multiple things rather than just specialising in one movement routine. Do both 😀

Definitely needed that, thanks Ash. 18k run just done, middle 10 being a tempo pace. Working towards a sub 1:30 half in Jan. Hopefully these regular post run routines are going to keep me injury free!

Brilliant! Found your channel yesterday when looking for a nice little post-run yoga-based stretch. Love that these are all nice and short - in fact, I did 2 after yesterday’s run and another 2 after today’s. Enjoyed them all but particularly this one - perfect stretches for me. Thank you 😊

Considering I was supposed to have the back operation last year couldn't of dreamed of this progress Ash. The consultant told me 20 years ago after the injury non impact sports so raced bikes instead. 2nd 10k without pain now and with your help I'm managing to build up to more gains. Cross training has also been beneficial. I have a really basic shoe the puma velocity nitro 2. It's comfortable and light but nothing to compare it with. Started to pick the pace up now so considering something like the Endorphin pro3 but not sure if I'd be wasting money as I've been pain free the last 3 runs with the Velocitys. Exciting times though 😁🙏
