      All of your routines are amazing! I have a small suggestion tho, well, as a woman, I'd love a menstrual period routine please, I don't feel the same when I practice others routine because I really love your energy 💗

    no hagas caso de los negativos. tengo 56 anos . 10 meses siguendo tus rutinas y me fortalecen mucho. Cada vez hago mas flexible mi cuerpo y muchos problemas de dolores se me han desaparecido. espero tus muevas rutinas siempre mil gracias

    I think this is perfect before like tabata and other hiit sessions too, as well as before running. I’m looking forward to enjoy this before tomorrows circuits training.

    I am a distance runner, this was a fantastic flow Charlie baby. Particularly the hip movements at 10:10 and especially the one at 15:10, the latter was amazing actually😚😌Many thanks for turning me on to something fairly new. Looking forward to a good yin session in the future! ;-)

    Really great I do not run so much now i I used to marathon now just bike, so I really can understand the need for proper muscle and circulation maintenance

    About to head out for a 90 min long run and I’m so excited to do this after 🤩 Thank you for a runner focused practice! I would love a 15/20 min strengthening practice focused on glute med/calves/hips also 💗
    Update- this was fantastic post long run, my legs feel looser and I will make this video part of my weekly ritual. I’m definitely normalizing shavasana after Sunday Runday from now on 🧘🏼‍♀️

Unfortunately today it came just 2 hours too late, I went running several hours ago, so I did that before/after workout practice of yours instead👍, but I am really eager try this "specialized" one for runners.😊 At the moment, I am going to need it, because I did something to my hip yesterday/in my sleep, and, quite surprisingly, running is, for the time being, less painful than walking.😅

    Dear Charlie,
    I just did a class from you from 2021 and as you are always looking for feedback to improve yourself, I just want to tell you: since then you have already improved so much!
    This is of course subjective. It is so much better to hear you speak live, not seeing a no speaking Charlie doing the class while your voice from the outside is giving the instructions. It is just much more natural. You have also improved in giving options for every level during class and the settings from the last couple of months were just wonderful. Thank you for your effort to find these places, it does have an impact at the feeling of the classes! The content itself was also great then and is even greater now!
    For now I have one request or question: it does not matter how warmed up I am I can never reach the ground with my heals at downward dog. This is one point I never heard you mention that this is completely normal and I'm not doing anything wrong - so is it that or am I doing anything wrong?
    Thank you for your passion to give us this great content, now and then! The music you found at the endings of some of the last classes of 2023 were so beautiful, I have them in my everyday playlist now. Much love from Germany!
