I'm doing couch to 5k, and on week 2, I was suffering with shin pain . I realised I was not stretching and relying on the warm-up walk. Since then, I have been doing this video after my run with another one to warm up on, and I have had no pain. On week 6 now and still no pain. Highly recommend for anyone new to running.
Take 10glass hot water and 10glass cold water And use 1 glass hot water on leg on sin Pain And then use 1 glass cold water Repeat 10 time Use this in two times a day Only one day ya two days treatment for sin pain

Do you know what would be interesting? If you added meditation music in the background. I’m finding that I like to do some of your stretches with my eyes closed. This is a mix of stretches,relaxation, and meditation for me Lol. Some days it’s my only time I have to meditate really. Thanks again Ash

But after doing your stretches after each run, I've had no knee problems and I feel more flexible and lighter during my runs. And I actually enjoy stretching now 😂 Huge thanks to you 🙏

My 16yr old daughter has now wanted to do the Couch 2 5K program so I've started again and doing it with her - how fun!

I just ran my second 10 km run and I felt awful and never wanted to run that much again. This video really helped me cool down and stretch and repair mentally as well and now I'm excited to run again, thank you :)
