I just had my Kohl’s interview. I watched many TH-cam videos like this one and I prepared with some examples. I thought they were gonna ask me a few questions but they asked me a lot! The interviewer was really nice and sweet. The interview lasted 20 minutes. These are the questions they asked me. I hope this helps! What is your availability? Tell me about yourself Can you provide an example of a time when you went above and beyond for a customer? What is a good excuse to miss work? Do you consider yourself reliable How long do you plan on staying with us? How would you deal with a customer complaint? If you saw a coworker not following the rules/protocol what would you do? How did you turn a negative situation positive?

For scenerio first say that you would try to get another employee to help, next ask the first customer if its ok to help the second, if not then stick with the first customer

My phone interview was only 11 minutes long lol and I got an email less than 24 hours later letting me know they’d like to offer me a position The questions they asked were: Tell me about yourself Past job experience Availability What would you do if a customer came to you unhappy about a situation?
Do you think it would be okay for me to mention that I am fully available for every shift from open to closing time, including weekends and holidays, but I may need to adjust when school returns because I may have scheduled class time in the morning that would make it so I couldn't work mornings on weekdays, but other than that I would be fully available? Or should I avoid mentioning school for now because I have a couple months of availability before I have to worry about it?

i had the worst questions- i had a bunch of notes rdy nd they ended up being pointless since he asked me a bunch of scenario questions that made no sense. good luck

That would be reasonable to mention but don't make a fuss about it and emphasise that you have really good availability
