I focused mostly on the keywords, and these were the questions came up during the interview. 1. Tell me about yourself 2. Describe a time when you dealt with an unhappy customer. 3. Why do you want to work here ? 4. Describe a time when you got angry with your co-worker or family member. What did you say and do ? 5. Describe a time when you work under pressure ?

To be honest with you , champ. You will have to lie your way in. just research scenarios and commit them to memory. This world is cruel as it is so make the most out of it
These answers are great, but they're damn near impossible to memorize. I tried memorizing the response for "Tell Me About Yourself" (because I knew I wouldn't be able to memorize anything else pass that response) and was only able to remember the first and last sentences haha. Mannnn, preparing for an interview feels like doing homework for a whole semester of college haha. Safe to say, I most likely didn't get the job. But it's cool. There'll be many more jobs where this one came from!

I have an interview with microsofts retail store. Ik for a fact from experience that jobs do ask these questions, so im glad I have such good answers now lol. Microsoft retail is the first retail job im actually excited for, great pay and amazing benefits, tuition reimbursement, etc. So im really hoping i get the job. Thanks for the vid
I wasn't asked any of these questions. I was surprised how laid back the interview was. I ended up going for my interview this morning and got offered a role a few hours later. This video definitely helped me memorize key words and phrases and really helped me get across my interest in the job. Thank you!
Had an interview today and I used the format you had for “Tell me a bit about yourself” and intertwined my own personality and soft skills and she was impressed. I also made sure to have certain scenarios and stories in place and I got the job on the spot.

Can't recommend this video enough, got a job at aldi with the key words used in this video. No man is in charge of this channel just a god of interviews lol.
@@GuyBurny mate it's the best job I have ever had the managers are knowledgeable and know how to run a store while keeping the store assistants happy. You won't find yourself bored but you won't get pissed off at the managers for being arseholes because in my experience at least they are some of the nicest most relatable people I have ever met. Even the store manager is lovely and I couldn't recommend Aldi enough as a job

I want to thank you so much. I haven’t worked in retail since I was 18 but I have worked in the events industry since then and because of covid and no events I had to look for alternative work. I had my interview for WHSmiths not long ago. The lady didn’t ask the questions in the video but I used bits of some of the answers you gave and I ended up getting the job!

Game Ing they asked me basic retail questions, and asked me why I want to work with the company, they also asked what I knew about the company. Since I’m in high school, they asked me about my grades and any programs I’m in. If you look on their website, you can see in the “about us” section, they have a warm coat drive, the leukemia foundation and the adopt-a-classroom foundation. Mention those when you’re being interviewed, 85% you’ll get the job. 😊

Game Ing they asked me basic retail questions, and asked me why I want to work with the company, they also asked what I knew about the company. Since I’m in high school, they asked me about my grades and any programs I’m in. If you look on their website, you can see in the “about us” section, they have a warm coat drive, the leukemia foundation and the adopt-a-classroom foundation. Mention those when you’re being interviewed, 85% you’ll get the job. 😊
