I had it at 1:30 - 1:45 and never got the call so I called them around 2:20 and said that I had the interview but never received the call and the manager said give us about 2 hours we're working on those. But its been 4 days and I haven't heard anything since. But it's ok I got an in person interview at a different store

@@virtualpotato1555 tbh it went okay? Mine was on the phone, so it was definitely different from in person. They contacted me an hour later and said I did not get the job lol. However, I did apply to Ross, another retail store, and I got that one on the spot. This vid definitely helped, good luck!

@@sunni1666 it was good, they called me about 30 minutes late but after 20 minutes I called the store asking about my interview and because I did that they put me on top of the list of people to call. The interview it self wasn’t hard, they mainly asked me about myself like, what I like to do during my free time, my future goals, my skills and skills I wish I had, what this job would mean to me and questions like that, later today I’m supposed to get an email saying whether I got the job or not, so hopefully I get the job 😬🙏🏾

@@Vaeh07 just a regular phone call!! AND GOOD LUCK!! i know you can do it. the process was actually really quick, they're always hiring. Be prepared to watch 5 hours worth of training videos on your orientation day and be scheduled for at most 3 days a week even if you're always available.

@@junip3r65 They asked a lot of scenario questions like "when was a time you went above and beyond for a customer". They did ask "why do you want to work at Burlington" and whats your experience etc. Took 10 minutes, thankfully they did call on time. Didn't get the job though :(

@@silvanapino4679 hi it went good :) the day i went for the in person interview the guy was basically just showing me where i would be working at & he didn’t really ask me any questions it was more he was giving me information just stuff about the job & i got called in to work the next day & there was a girl training me helping me & everyone so far is really nice. u get the hang of it, it’s my first retail job so trust me when i say if i can do it, anyone can do it. just make sure to ask questions if u need help. the only thing is i don’t get as many hours since receiving is only on certain days & it’s in the morning but since it’s only been my 4th day i can’t complain lol, but so far i like it. but if they don’t call u for the phone interview call the store & let them know u were scheduled for one, same thing happened to me & my sister at diff locations. lemme know if u have any other questions ☺️
