As a 71 year old Brit with Parkinson's, I have been following your videos on and off since I found you outside your garage during lockdown in 2020. I have found your workouts just what I have needed at various stages over the last few years. There have been gaps when I have relied on my local exercise programmes (pilates, yoga, qi gong) but I always come back to your style of encouragement and pressure. Recently I have had fun with your Tabata sessions - Whilst I have stuck with you all the way with the short workouts with timed rests , the quality of my interpretation of your movements leaves a lot to be desired, but for the overall aim of keeping up strength and independence , it has been invaluable. THANKYOU
Did the whole thing ! Whew ! Apple Watch said at the end before cool down heat rate at 150 and total Cals burned was 290! Thank you for keeping us motivated and just being fun and real!
I just did this today I do your workouts when I can’t get to my gym like today I still have a slight cold so I didn’t want to gout out in the cold so I did this today it’s a great workout . We did Tabatta in the pool when I was in Fl!
I stayed with it the whole time, and at 85 I found it too fast if I kept up with the music, so I slowed it down a tad. But like you, Jenny, I tend to want to keep up with the beat, most of the time. Loved it, the time passed quickly. Keep giving us these great workouts - we're loving them!
This is my absolute favorite! I have tried to do this once a week and yesterday when I had to climb a ladder I was able to go up it normally (alternating feet) instead of painfully going up one step at a time. Thank you Jenny! You are changing my life.

Thank you for this workout (including warm up and cool down)! I really enjoy working out with your videos. You do a great job calling out the moves, you’re pleasant to listen to, and I have confidence with your background training that you’ll help us with moves that are good for our bodies.
Just done this and I really loved it. I never think I am doing a 'senior' routine when i do your sessions! Like you say age is just a number and I love the way you challenge me.

Thank you for always explaining what you are doing and what muscle groups are being targeted. I have two bad shoulders and working out with you inspires me to also continue my shoulder PT.

Loved it. Haven't done a step workout for a while. I'm 66, but I was able to keep up. I didn't use my risers, but I still got a great workout. Thank you.

Now I’ll look for an upper body workout.

Thx for the very good and different wo. Good fat-burning for me. HR never got very high like the other boxing Tabata classes but nice change of pace.

I think I developed Achilles tendonitis after doing this workout. 😞
