This workout is for all ages, levels, and sizes, but designed for the active senior and beginner. This video is made by Jenny McClendon, MS, CGCP - licensed Physical Therapist with over 32 years experience.

Hi I just did a tabata exercise with weights during rest time Great workout. My favorites are Tabata, boot camps, and weight and step sessions. Have veen following for 3+ years🤩

I'm still with you (from near beginning?) at age 87 (in Aug.). Would have loved to attend your California retreat but don't drive the freeways + I would skip the sightseeing, having been all around LA. Hope you all had fun. One viewer mentioned the music: I too wish for a good beat AND something pretty. Not a fan of most. Love your perkiness and enthusiasm always. Thank you.
Loved this workout! I will be 70 next week and I found it challenging but not too tough. It was perfect and I will be doing it over and over as I do with your other workouts. Thank you so much for creating safe and effective workout.

Hi Jenny! This is the perfect workout for me as I have issues with my shoulders, knees and lower back. I love that there are so many bicep exercises in this one and lots of side and back leg lifts. When you are doing squats, I may have to do more leg lifts due to severe arthitis in my knees, my doctor has warned against doing squats. The length is perfect! I will be rejoining your site. This one is on rotation until May!
