I’m a mom and was on bed rest and wasn’t able to move for a while felt my body getting tight so I started walking more and found this I only made it half way through the video but this is going to be my morning and midday routine since I’m a SAHM LOVE IT I was definitely sweating and felt my heart beating ❤❤❤❤

Day 3 of this and I’m hooked. Always thought it was for the ladies but this is fun and a great workout! I did it after my weight training and even did the final 2 rounds in this video twice. I feel great!! Now to work on advanced steps and longer durations!!

I’ve done a few of the beginner classes and though I could try the intermediate’s class. Welp, that was a fail😂. Needless to say I went right back to the beginner class. I love the beginners classes. They are so helpful. Are you going to progressively add in more moves to the beginner classes? I couldn’t get the leg shuffle in the more advanced classes.

Welcome!!! I would definitely suggest using weights (the super small ones you mentioned) for some of the beginner movements! I would just highly recommended that you make sure your balance is good before you add them! Definitely an extra burn!!

But I made myself do it after I worked all day and I’m so glad I did. Thanks for the motivation all the way thru.
