I know you haven't uploaded anything in a year, but I only discovered your videos a while ago and about two months ago I started doing one of them every day before work. I lost a ton of weight last year by changing my diet, I've always been active but I started working out even more and now, in my early 30s, I'm in the best shape of my life and you're one of the reasons. So thanks a lot for these videos, now it's time for a shower and then for work, working out lifts my mood too so my workdays are easier and more relaxed

I am writing on my husband google account. We love your videos. Alan did Martial Arts for 25 years. He has not done it now for the 13 years. We changed our diet about five years ago. We are gluten, dairy and soy free. Eat organic and grassfed mostly. We even did box gardening. We love green juicing too. So I decided to workout with him and learn Martial Arts. I enjoy your enthusiasm ! This is our third day working out, twice a day.
Hey man thanks for this videos, they really help me to train when I just don't feel like it. Though I lift and try to do as much condition as possible, I am still a beginner and your channel helps me to get through days when my body feels really weak, mostly because martial arts has a focus on the spirit that lacks other type of train, or other trainers don't target that dimension of the strength that we need. So, thanks

Hey jake i really love doing ur workout routine, recently i was playing basketball and my arm get dislocated, so i took rest for a while but again after ½ month i went again and it happened again, so i stopped playing and took 1 month rest but suddenly it happened again, doc said ur muscles are weak, what should i do and eat to work evenly with both arms. i would love to hear from u.
