During your outside kicking exercise I felt a pain in the left hip as if my femur was pressing on my psoas muscle or on one of my tendons and now I can no longer do this exercise at all. did you have already felt this pain and in this case, would have a solution to solve this problem. love what you do, your exercises are fantastic. You are the master thanks for the answer.
This was my third day of doing this workout 💪 n I was able to do the whole thing..... except for the pushups.....I have weak upper body....so I did knee pushups , but at least I competed the workout
I count myself lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. This guy is working out in 90 degrees heat and is sporting a 90's puka shell necklace, so you know he must be a fanatic. If you have done P90x workouts, you know that workout vids from fanatics (aka Tony Horton) are some of the best. I was not disappointed, as Jace periodically spouts bits of wisdom throughout the video, such as to take care of the "animal strength the earth has given us" and "sweat is the physical manifestation of chi". The actual workout is good. I do kuk sool and this workout combines a lot of things that we do as a warmup for class. Nice Chinese pronunciation--just need to work on the word for 10 ("shi"), as that one is tricky. A++ vid

I am 66 years old and was in martial arts for quite a few years until 10 years ago when my hip started giving me troubles. Just got motivated by my grandson to start again and went through this workout. Great stuff and looking forward to being able to last a bit longer.
Something I've noticed when you do breathing is that you breath from the top of your lounges down mobi g your shoulder and chest Is you breath from the stomach up, you can maximize the amount of o2 in your blood You can actually train your body to do this naturally but it's something (as simple as it is) that people get wrong

Jake do you have a specific workout for burning fat because I stopped doing martial arts a few years back and now it's a lot harder to get back into martial arts with extra weight and not being as flexible as I was, also do you have any workout made for just your arms because I have strong kicks but not as powerful punches. Haha. Almost every good kickboxer and MMA fighter also drops their cover! You do NOT have to keep your cover up during the kick. You DO have to keep your cover up during key parts of the kick!
well when i did kickboxing it got drilled into my head that i shouldnt drop my arms while kicking and learn how to balance like that. Maybe it was just about training my balance. If it was then it worked :D
Please don't listen to this know do powerlifting for strength and you will have strength/power in months that this guy has NEVER had. Second train a real martial art that's proven itself such as Mauy Thai, BJJ hell even boxing.

well in kickboxing you still never drop your cover even in training, im just saying he never did kickboxing not that he cant fight
Haha. Almost every good kickboxer and MMA fighter also drops their cover! You do NOT have to keep your cover up during the kick. You DO have to keep your cover up during key parts of the kick!
well when i did kickboxing it got drilled into my head that i shouldnt drop my arms while kicking and learn how to balance like that. Maybe it was just about training my balance. If it was then it worked :D

Please don't listen to this know do powerlifting for strength and you will have strength/power in months that this guy has NEVER had. Second train a real martial art that's proven itself such as Mauy Thai, BJJ hell even boxing.
