    Hey Jake, 4 years down the line and I just finished this. I love working out with you man. Fitness isn't just exercises. It's so many other things. Connectedness with nature, being in the present moment with a loved one, some extra push ups when the time calls for it ;), I love your approach to life. Hope you're doing well.     Hey Jake this is how I am doing this!
    I am doing this first workout every day of the week until it's easy.
    Then I'll start doing this AND the second workout every day until that is easy.
    And then I will add the third workout and do all three every single day until it becomes something I can do every morning to warm up the day.
    Thanks for this Jake you have inspired me to take better care of my self physically, mentally and spiritually and in doing this I will gain the strength to take care of my family, friends and others in need.

As a single working mother and student, 30 minutes is all I really have to invest in my health unfortunately. But fortunately there is 9Rounds and now your videos I can use at home. Thank you.

    You have great energy Jake. I'm 65 years old and generally flexible, but not near enough. I'm smallish in frame and stay at 120 pounds. I found your exercises doable for me, but I couldn't do as many of some or hold a pose as long as you. I will keep working on it. I like you reminding us to breathe. I look forward to more exercise with you. I believe that positive affirmations beginning with "I Am" calls forth what we want to create for ourselves. i.e. "I am healthy and strong. I am happy with life and thankful for my blessings." Thank you Jake.

    Great workout Mr. Mace. I'm 30 and been in martial arts since I was a young lad. I slacked of this last year, and this video along with all your others made me realize just how much. Lol. Keep up the awesome vids. I'm learning alot. God bless.

    4th time I have attempted this workout and I finally got through to the end with no pauses! I can already feel a difference so thank you very much for these. Also the Pokemon Go has been helping with my stamina hah who would have thought! Anyway after this week I'll be onto the second thanks again Jake!

    Consider working out with no sugar in your stomach.     Thanks for this Jake, it's a great workout. I did the first one and was so sore after (could hardly sit lol), even with all the yoga and stretching that I do. Guess I awakened a dead muscle or two!! Question, how can we protect weak knees during this series, especially in the squats?

    Is it ok to do a single video for a month, then move onto the harder ones? I have scoliosis and multiple other musculoskeletal issues, I pushed through this one and it caused me quite a bit of pain and I'd like to slowly build up my tolerance to that instead of skipping from this to a harder level..
