    I appreciate this segment. My daughter is overcoming vaccine injury and thanks to God and good Drs like you, we have regained cognitive ability and jumped over some daunting hurdles. Natural medicine is effective.

    Hi Dr. Dasari. My son is 22 yrs old and his eczema is really bad. We recently did allergy tests and found he's highly allergic to egg and fish, moderately allergic to soya, and allergic to dairy, wheat and nuts, however the last three the allergy levels tested very low. We also found high levels of enzymes in his liver and is currently waiting for an appointment with a gastroenterologist. I will definitely incorporate these tips from your video into his diet, but I'm so scared that I may be giving him the wrong foods to eat in his diet as a whole. The labs are doing an intensive allergy test (Alex-2), still awaiting results. How do I help him in the meantime?

    • @mrwater2033
      @mrwater2033 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kranchProductions it took about 1-2 months for me. but the general thumb would be 3 months or more. I did not feel that great on it after 2 months even tho i started sleeping better and less depressive. I needed fruits back in and sometimes raw honey on days i work out. so Im going all in on animal based for about 5 months now and I feel great. I believe im done with the base line of experiments. now I'm just experimenting with different ways to approach animal based and make it more fun :) in the beginning it's very challenging tho. cuz unhealthy carb, sugar, processed cravings etc.

    What about salicylates and eczema, seems to be a strong connection with many people?

      Yes I suffer from eczema and I have salicylate sensitivity, and have to avoid most fruits, veg, herbs/spices & nuts. Also my leaky gut has caused a whole heap of food sensitivities/intolerances

      If you consume sulfur-rich foods, such as broccoli, onions (if you can tolerate them, not low FODMAP unfortunately), cabbage, bok choy, and cauliflower, it will help tremendously. Also make sure to get adequate magnesium. You may need to remove salicylates for a bit and other food triggers to allow the epithelium of your gut to heal. This usually takes 6 weeks on average, but it depends on the extent of damage. You'll probably need to do an elimination diet if you haven't already. Stick to some whole foods you know are totally safe for you for a while and then introduce one food at a time, every three days. As you introduce foods that contain salicylates, make sure to counterbalance it with a sulfur-rich veggie.
