Thank you so much for your hard work and care that you put in to the information you are sharing. You are a breath of fresh air when it comes to tackling the root cause of eczema and actually gives me hope that one day I will be able to reverse mine.
It is really common sense but your in-depth explanation of the science behind these factors has greatly helped me, my fiance has eczema and I am doing all the research I can to help her case. Thank you very much Dr. Chanu
Wonderful and well thought out video! I am currently trying to heal my eczema flare up. It was the worst in 2021 after I using a topical corticosteroid cream for some time. I eat healthy but the consistent excersise is lacking which I'm trying to get back into again. My eczema was in remission for 12 years when I was very active and my skin was flawless. I've found that even a brisk 20-minute walk daily really improves the skin. 20 mins of red light 2-3 times daily also helps heal the cuts from scratching faster. In regards to sleep, my sleep is up and down lately, which affects how quickly my eczema heals, but I've found that a high quality B Complex vitamin + Vitamin D with food 4-5 hours before bed seems to calm my mind and urge to scratch in bed. Thank you!🙏
Thank you Abigail for the kind words. Good luck in your current flare up. Please reach out if you want to discuss more in detail about ways I can help.
I am not a university student and as much as I have tried to listen to your lecture with so much detail and technical information. I really just want to get directly to the point to heal my excema. Respetfully this is too much.
I suffered with eczema for years. Too much bread or wheat seems to trigger it. I started taking dulcalax months ago and my skin is almost completely healed.
I have SIBO and hashimotos thyroid and am gluten sensitive. I now have a rash just on my lower arm before hand. I think some allergen got into the skin. It was itchy at first now it is just a red spot. with 4 little red babies following it.
Hi! Did you ever get to the root cause? We are struggling over here as well with my 9 month old. We have tried literally every natural supplement and also steroid cream which works but then does come back. Need to heal the gut but having difficulties doing this.
Can't sleep because my legs are either itchy or on fire any slight movement of my ankles or feet and skins splits open.. can't exercise I barely make it through work, can't walk properly...I'm at the end of my rope I may fashion a noose😫
Try black seed oil. One teaspoon in the morning and one in the evening. I had also very dry skin from eczema but it became much better because of black seed oil. It takes some time though.
@@narienzawity862, I am ddesperate as my skin on my back at night especially and other parts stop me from sleeping. I will try your cure What about diet?

He’s reading a script and the video is a bunch of little videos that were cut and put together.. his blinks got cut out
😂
😂 right. Seems like an AI person with no blinking.
If it’s AI you would think they would have fixed the teeth.
