      @@PaulTwyman for real, like i said at your other video. Usually my wrists fatigue before my muscles do. I always wondered if i do slmth wrong and no other video on yt was so spot on like yours about positioning of hands and turning your wrists.
      Almost instantly after adapting your explanation i can do more pushups.

    Beast. 😮‍💨 Just a casual press to hspu to Planche. Whilst sipping his morning coffee and having a chat 😅

    The index facing forward is very important

    Great video again. Im already able to do a free handstand but difficult to hold that long. Which musscles you activate in your handstand position. Can you explain that more. Thanks a lot.

      I think mainly shoulder triceps and traps

      I feel like that’s the tough part for me too. Like I’m nit used to have all muscles activated at the same time. Especially from head to toe 😅

      I wouldn’t overly worry about what muscles you need to use, instead I would focus on the drills and perfecting the techniques. This video explains more th-cam.com/video/LIMEF4acVFE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=5N_A88Oi4Qr10_1m

      I am learning the handstand right now and I showed it to someone who is good at it and they told me to open my shoulders, could u make a video on shoulder flexibility and getting into the correct position or just explain it in a reply?

    this guy is heavy and not so muscular, amazing he can do all handstands

    • @MarincaGheorghe
      @MarincaGheorghe 16 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      No so muscular might be an understatement. He is definitely not a typical bodybuilder (I personally wouldn't wanna be one) but more muscular than typical hand balancers.

      This is not just a "guy" - this is Paul! Not the typical muscle beast, but a very sympathic and extremely skillful teacher. Pretty good body shape, I would say.
