    Great exercises for seniors with back problems. I am 67 and played football in college. Arthritis galore!! I have a set of 12 exercises I do 3 to 4 times weekly for my back, 10 exercises for my knees, and 9 exercises for my shoulders and neck, 8 for hands and fingers, and I walk 50 mins, 4 times weekly. I also have a stationary bike I peddle on. On different days I alternate what body parts I concentrate on. Get active Seniors. You will feel better and look good too.

      Me too. I am trying to help my mom. She usually did her own exercises, but in the last two years, struggled to lift herself up. She is 85. Now she has a left hip and leg pain, because she bent over forward as she walked, but she can walk up straight. So I am trying to help her sit up straight and walk up straight and get her spine straight again. That pain in her hip only started two days ago. It looks clearly like a wrong posture and too much strain on that leg.
      I am her son. And though I am fit, I suffer the same problem, until I get my spine straight again, then its gone.

    Thank you for this! Sending over to my mom and all of her friends. She has been looking for some exercises to do that are not too straining. For anyone that has similar back problems to her, she has been taking Unflame Herbal supplement which has made such a difference in her life.     I’m gonna try to see if I can get my mother to do this. She is 72, she has had discomfort in her back. I told her to start eating better as well

    My chiropractor recommended I try new exercises and take Unflame Herbal. I just ordered the supplement 2 weeks ago and can already feel the difference. Hopefully with the addition of these exercises I will regain full mobility. Thank you!

      Where would you get this herbal, cause mother has permanant back pain and she just meeds abit of relief ones a day, i know its been a year vut if you remember and also how do u feel now

    what if elder is not thin enough to do the exercise

      then the problem isnt the back pain its the obesity. get that taken care of first then worry about these stretches after.
