After a few days of Lower Back Pain I could barely bend forward the slightest bit. Found this and did the exercises. Then I could bend forward and down as well, immediately! Later in the day I went to see my GP about the pain and told him how much difference these stretches had made after one try out. As I took out my phone to show him the site a couple of receipts fell out onto the floor - and without a thought I bent down and picked them up. My doc was speechless as I'd just told him I couln't bend at all that morning - but also that these stretches had made so much difference. Immediately after each session my pain is worse than just before the session. How many days should it take to start feeling less pain? Woke up this xmas morning with this lower back pain. This vid saved the day. This Dr. ROWE is a lifesaver!!! The 2nd demo here wiped out the pain in about 20 min. You should try foam rolling exercises, I’m not credible or anything but I went to physical therapy for my back and they had me do that for back mobility and it helped me feel so much relief (although it’s very painful while doing it).

I'm in tears right now! Tears of joy! It is 4:30 in the morning and I've been up for 3 hours with my back. I have degenerative disc disease, neuropathy, sciatica, severe nerve damage in my back and my lower back pain is excruciating! I did a couple of these exercises and I'm standing up straight! The pain has eased and I'm not stiff anymore. I could not do them exactly as he did as it's hard to get one leg to cross over the other for me (exercise #2. That was a struggle to cross my leg over the other one as easy as he did but I did it) and they're working already! I don't believe this! Thank you so much for this video!

This felt great, I was lifting weights wrong because when laying down my lower back bends up putting a lot of pressure on it and making it sore and give me a ton of lower back pain

Update! I did these exercises and I’m thrilled to report that they worked. After 1 week of doing these exercises, I’m working on redoing an interlock walkway (do you have any idea how many times I have to squat and stand up, a lot). I was seriously thinking of going in for a total body adjustment prior to your exercises, but thanks to these key exercises I’m feeling great. I’m very grateful for your video, thank you. I'm in my early 50s and have been in a crippling lower back pain episode the last 2 days. Could barely walk in slow motion, holding onto things to stand up, browsing for crutches on eBay, etc. Have been doing some other exercises which helped a little but this is apparently exactly what I needed. I did all the steps in sequence and things really loosened up and popped on those scorpion moves. Was able to do the exercises at the end including being able to bend backwards (arms straight, pelvis on floor). No way in hell I could have bent like that an hour ago. Was even able to do the straight leg exercises and bridges at the end. Liked, subscribed, added to a playlist and going to do these stretches and strength building exercises daily to build a super strong lower back. I ride sport touring motorcycles for daily transportation and want to keep doing that for a long time. Thank you for sharing this great info!

I notice that pre-COVID when I exercised at the gym, I did many of these exercises and did not suffer any back pain. After slacking off from my routine work outs even at home; I recently lifted something- unsure what-and my back pain has come back with spasms. These exercises do work. Thanks for this video. Hi Dr Rowe from the UK I am so happy that I found you and by adapting the tennis ball exercise just a little I am now out of pain . I have had lower right back pain , just above the pelvic bone for years . I am a driving instructor and jump over speed bumps at 20 mph all day every day . I am mostly sitting down having my spine jarred in a very unnatural way . I didn’t have a tennis ball so laid on my back , knees up , feet flat on the bed . I then put my two fists under my lifted buttocks . I then rested on my fists and rolled from side to side . My spine instantly popped and I walked to the end of the bed on my buttocks , stood up and was out of pain . Many thanks and God Bless You Much Love J.Alison
I bought an inversion table 2 years ago, and use it 3 times a week. I've never actually even had to go 180 degrees upside down. Just enough to feel the pull on the lower spine area. All of his exercises are perfect too. Foam rolling BEFORE doing these will help blood flow to the muscles and get your back warmed up for the twisting.
Mate, your a life saver. I’ve had lower back pain for the last few weeks. I noticed that every time I woke in the morning or go up from sitting down it was a full ache. I noticed too, when I started walking or exercising the pain would go. Anyways I did this video thoroughly and boom, the pain gone. Thx so much for your time and knowledge.

Hello Doctor. I have hernia disc L5 S1 and T for last 14 years I get very bad pain every 6 months to year and half but now since September to this moment I hurt my self 4 times even now I can't move I did go the doctor and he gave me exprim and Naproxen 500 mg still on pain since Sunday .I am so scared if it get worse and I can't walk .what is your recommendation please .
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Lots of pops and cracks I really needed. I have fibro and my body doesn't want to do these but once I did it was such a relief. I have something that catches when I bend over so when I am going into the standing position I can't until I manipulate something back in place to stand fully upright. I did the last stretch and I felt something pop and it helped with that issue. I'll keep using that one to re-train my muscle memory and see if there is a lasting improvement. Thanks again for these videos. They seem to pop up for the issue i'm currently dealing with at the moment.

The pain has eased and I'm not stiff anymore. I could not do them exactly as he did as it's hard to get one leg to cross over the other for me (exercise #2. That was a struggle to cross my leg over the other one as easy as he did but I did it) and they're working already! I don't believe this! Thank you so much for this video!

I have no words, I suffer from insane lower back pain, and its constantly going out and causing me to walk hunched over until it heals. I just got cleared from PT to start slowly going back into real life and I went too hard at karate and have been in a flare up. This was amazing and released a lot of tension for me thank you! I’m hopeful tomorrow I won’t be in pain!

Update! I did these exercises and I’m thrilled to report that they worked. After 1 week of doing these exercises, I’m working on redoing an interlock walkway (do you have any idea how many times I have to squat and stand up, a lot). I was seriously thinking of going in for a total body adjustment prior to your exercises, but thanks to these key exercises I’m feeling great. I’m very grateful for your video, thank you. I'm in my early 50s and have been in a crippling lower back pain episode the last 2 days. Could barely walk in slow motion, holding onto things to stand up, browsing for crutches on eBay, etc. Have been doing some other exercises which helped a little but this is apparently exactly what I needed. I did all the steps in sequence and things really loosened up and popped on those scorpion moves. Was able to do the exercises at the end including being able to bend backwards (arms straight, pelvis on floor). No way in hell I could have bent like that an hour ago. Was even able to do the straight leg exercises and bridges at the end. Liked, subscribed, added to a playlist and going to do these stretches and strength building exercises daily to build a super strong lower back. I ride sport touring motorcycles for daily transportation and want to keep doing that for a long time. Thank you for sharing this great info!

Back after just 2 days of watching this video and doing these simple exercises, I can say that they definitely helped reduce the pain.

excercises are kind of 'Difficult' for me at this time but I'm going to keep
at it. I spend most of my time in 'BED' now and just live on Pain Medication. I would love to be able to 'STOP SUFFERING so much and get back to my 'Music' which I love so much. I got lower back sprain all of sudden & it was quite bad. Tried this exercise & it worked for me. Part 2 of exercise helped me a lot where I felt the pop & crack and was relieved.

I notice that pre-COVID when I exercised at the gym, I did many of these exercises and did not suffer any back pain. After slacking off from my routine work outs even at home; I recently lifted something- unsure what-and my back pain has come back with spasms. These exercises do work. Thanks for this video. I have to start doing these exercises again.

I am so happy that I found you and by adapting the tennis ball exercise just a little I am now out of pain . I have had lower right back pain , just above the pelvic bone for years . I am a driving instructor and jump over speed bumps at 20 mph all day every day . I am mostly sitting down having my spine jarred in a very unnatural way .
I didn’t have a tennis ball so laid on my back , knees up , feet flat on the bed . I then put my two fists under my lifted buttocks . I then rested on my fists and rolled from side to side . My spine instantly popped and I walked to the end of the bed on my buttocks , stood up and was out of pain .

I bought an inversion table 2 years ago, and use it 3 times a week. I've never actually even had to go 180 degrees upside down. Just enough to feel the pull on the lower spine area. All of his exercises are perfect too. Foam rolling BEFORE doing these will help blood flow to the muscles and get your back warmed up for the twisting.

Mate, your a life saver. I’ve had lower back pain for the last few weeks. I noticed that every time I woke in the morning or go up from sitting down it was a full ache. I noticed too, when I started walking or exercising the pain would go. Anyways I did this video thoroughly and boom, the pain gone. Thx so much for your time and knowledge.

Hello Doctor. I have hernia disc L5 S1 and T for last 14 years I get very bad pain every 6 months to year and half but now since September to this moment I hurt my self 4 times even now I can't move I did go the doctor and he gave me exprim and Naproxen 500 mg still on pain since Sunday .I am so scared if it get worse and I can't walk .what is your recommendation please .

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Lots of pops and cracks I really needed. I have fibro and my body doesn't want to do these but once I did it was such a relief. I have something that catches when I bend over so when I am going into the standing position I can't until I manipulate something back in place to stand fully upright. I did the last stretch and I felt something pop and it helped with that issue. I'll keep using that one to re-train my muscle memory and see if there is a lasting improvement. Thanks again for these videos. They seem to pop up for the issue i'm currently dealing with at the moment.
