Blower noises and vibration at BMW F07, F10, F11.blower replacement

Hello Sir, can help me it's is what that problem...? i got BMW 2012year F7 GT 535i the issue air condition on and ajust full speed only some second the front left centre and right. after that no have any air from fan blower..., but look the fan blower motor still working high speed. thanks for helping
