HI, After removing everything else, stuck on the very last part before disconnecting the thermostat. After loosening the rear bracket, the thermostat doesn't seem to want to come off the rear hose. It doesn't want to twist and wriggling it up and down doesn't help. When I pull it towards me something is stopping it, making a banging noise when I try to pull it towards me but can't find anything obstructing it. Is there anything I'm missing? Have a 2017 galaxy. Also can you advise on any types of sprays to loosen this as both the rear pipe and the part that it connects to on the thermostat (where the clamp is) are both hard plastic. THANKS!
Do you need to code the thermostat in or something. Just changed mine. The coolant bottle is just bubbling. No leaks. And not overheating But heaters come hot then cold.
No coding, your bleeding the air that you just put into system, turn all heaters on full, leave cap open, wait for bubbles to stop. Fill uo, drive for 30 mins, check again and top up, job done.
Now that you are a TH-cam mogul wouldn't it be a better idea to invest in some of those video glasses that have tye camera built in and leaves you 2 free hands?

What is the tensile strength of the four bolts, can you help me?
Hello, can you give me the number of the two gaskets where you change them in the video?
Same as 2017 boxer van. Took me 4 hours 😢
