Get rid of the EGR valve immediately. If you ever need to remove the inlet manifold, you will find it full of very sticky thick black tar which is extremely difficult to remove. I found that the silicon hose that is attached to the turbo kept becoming detached. It would slowly ease itself off the turbo. I ended using a correctly sized exhaust clamp rather than the pipe clip that you are using. Don’t throw the original ones away, just in case…

I put the big alive tuning intercooler and silicone hoses on my td5 the difference was quite remarkable
