I’ll get my s24 this Saturday, I’ll see how it goes but coming from an xr for me it’s prob gonna be a huge improvement.
What’s your opinion about the new feature which is adaptive color tone? is it good…
I turned that off, I haven't used it
@@SICERIKTECH Thank you for response.
@reziee5897 try it out for a day
Yep, my battery life is great.
I've been using it for five says, coming from an S21+ . The battery is not adequate for me thus I am trading this for the S24+. I also had a tough time adapting to a smaller phone. Typing was a real challenge. But battery performance was my biggest concern.
Can confirm battery life is excellent. I'm getting 7 hours sot consistently on cellular data. I'm getting around 24 hours of total battery time.
Is yours SD or Exynos variant?
one ui 6.1?
@@leandrojopia1414 yes
Exactly roughly is my new favorite saying.
using exynos version... cellular data all time... getting 8-9 hrs of SOT and total 28-32 hrs usage... played with settings a bit...
and didn't compromised on things like Aod, 120hz etc
What things did you changed in settings?
Battery is nothing special, the same battery life of the S23. What bothers me more is the 4%-5% battery drain overnight.
Finally, so I'm not the only one
I have 8 h sot on s23 wi-fi, the battery is incredible with snap gen2
My Snapdragon S24 battery is excellent.
@@Voltar78 does it drain battery during the night??
@@alexandrgr the same as s23.
I tried telling everybody(maybe not in your channel but other channel's comment sections and reddit) that the S23 battery life was better than S24.
I could just tell from the SOC design despite it being made by TSMC. Samsung going for peak benchmark numbers at the cost of additional heat and thus more battery drain.
On my S23(which i still have) i was CONSISTENTLY getting between 6.5-7hrs of SOT. No android chip can match the 8G2 for efficiency. Thats the true successor to the 865. On my S24 even with a larger but more power hungry SOC I'm getting abt 5 - 5.5hrs SOT. We shall see how it changes with upcoming software updates.
My S10 5G would make it through the entire day with no charge. My S24 needs a charge mid day and I'm using the light performance profile on the S24. My usage patterns haven't changed.
Thanks for setting the video. How does this compare with your S24 plus? Is the S24 plus an all day device?
Yes, all day from waking up to going to sleep, for me at least
Wish my S24's battery was better. I get about 3 to 3.5 hours of screen on time. The overnight drain is only about 1-2% but the screen on time could be better. My Pixel 7 had the same battery life but I had the Pixel 7 for over a year, so it's disappointing my new S24 has the same battery life as a phone I had for a year. I text, check social media and emails, calls etc. I don't game, and I hardly watch videos on my phone
Same
Is this Snoop Droogon variant?
Yes lol
The battery life of s24 exynos is rubbish. I dont game. Just watch some youtube , minimal social media , some msgs , and minimal calls . Some music . At 7pm it is 20%.
For a 2 week old device ,it couldn't last through the day. After 1 year of usage ,it will struggle with half a day .
The 5 to 10% discharge in the night is really bad.
On my Snapdragon S24 is 4%-5%, it is still bad.
hey buddy plus is not weak right ? do you miss ultra ?
Oh no, the plus is awesome
@@SICERIKTECHExynos version?
ok it is snap :/
Snapdragon or Exynos version?
Snapdragon
@@SICERIKTECH where I can find s24 with snapdragon?
,
is your plus on qhd or fhd
This is the regular S24. My Plus variant is on QHD btw
that makes me want to get the plus and run it fhd for batterly life@@SICERIKTECH
My Snapdragon S24 battery is great.
This is a excellent great phone
My friend Eric I get better battery than that and stand by is ridiculous always on display I don't use
I think the AOD uses a lot of battery
No it is not
