മുട്ട റോസ്റ്റ് | Special Egg Roast |Marriage Reception Style Egg Roast | Kerala Nadan Mutta Roast

Authentic Kerala Dishes With My Personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Egg -5
Onion -3
Ginger Garlic paste or crushed -3tbsp
Green chilli -3
Tomato -2
Curryleaves -
Cardamom -2
Cloves -2
Cinnamon -
Coconut Oil -3tbsp
Salt -1tsp
Sugar -1/4to 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli Powder -1tsp
Chilli Powder -1tsp
Coriander powder -2tsp
Garam Masala -1/2tsp
Pepper Powder -1/4tsp
Fennel powder -1/4tsp
Tomato Ketchup -1tbsp
Soya Sauce -1tsp
Water -1/2cup
Thick Coconut Or Cashew nut Paste - 1/4 cup or paste of 15 cashew nuts
Method
Pour 3 tbsp of coconut oil into a pan and add cinnamon, 2 cardamom and 2 cloves. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute well with some curry leaves. Add onions and green chilly. Saute till golden brown. Reduce the heat and add the turmeric, chilly and kashmir chilly powder. Saute for a min. Add coriander powder and cumin powder. Saute. Add 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder. Saute well. Add soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix well till the raw taste is gone. Add sliced tomato. Cover and cook well. Add water only if it required. The tomatoes should be blended well with the onions. Add water and mix well. Add boiled egg pieces. Mix well. Add sugar optional. Add pepper powder. Mix well.
Add thick coconut milk or cashewnut paste. Cook well for 2 minutes.
Garnish with curry leaves, green chilly and coconut oil.
