I’ve lived in Falcon for over 10 years, yes it is growing! So is Calhan & Black Forest, so traffic is being greatly impacted!
FYI: Commutes via Woodmen Rd & Hwy 24 is 45 minutes in rush hour traffic… longer if weather is bad! Consider driving thru the areas at various times for an idea how much time you need! 😊
