Two videos I'd love to see: Another of your Total Body series. Those are gold. Also, maybe a 20 minute (or longer) super meditative class with longer seated pranayama in the beginning and savasana in the end with very mindful slow poses in between. I really appreciate when you bring those mindful reminders "Don't get too attached", etc. to keep us in our body and spirit and not just thinking about yoga as exercise. Thanks!

Quite handy, although my office chair has arms and a high back that impede some of the movements. Will try and get a group of people all doing it together so I don't look crazy on my own! :-D
Hey Tim could you suggest some deep stretches for the upper back? I have pain & tightness right in between the shoulder blades just to the right of my spine. The discomfort goes away after stretching but only for a short while, then it comes back. Also could you let me know what mightve caused this? Yoga is pretty much my only form of exercise so something im doing wrong in my practice must have caused it.
