My green V2 was delivered last week. Evotech mirrors, oil and rad guards, tail tidy and OEM seat cover, Puig screen fitted.
Set off on Thursday, 1 mile on the clock. 233 miles later after a ride around ancient Wiltshire.
Hungry light came on at 120 miles, refilled after 140, around 45mpg. Happy 30mph in 4th, no probs at walking pace in traffic. Even keeping below 6000rpm. I was struck by the huge flexibility of the gears, with plenty of steam to overtake anything. Experimenting with 6th it pulled comfortably from mid 40s up.
All day comfortable, no wrist or shoulder problems.
I traded my Multistrada V2S as it was too top heavy, but the SF at 47kg lighter is perfect and I'm delighted with my choice.
Re your glasses fogging, just open your visor a crack. My Neotec 2 allows this.

Thanks for watching! I would have grabbed a storm green but they weren’t coming until a month after I took my bike. No complaints about Ducati red though.
Great comments - I feel this V2 is so underrated in its flexibility. I can cruise or I can snap necks. It doesn’t it all - and so light compared to other options. The BMW R I rode was so big and clunky - nowhere near as quick as this beast. I don’t rev as low as you do but over 9000rpm … Dayyummm!!! Why would I need a V4 - maybe as bike #3! Haha
      Enjoy!!

I have looked at the V4 Multi so many times but really don’t need the height and weight trade for the weight on road. Definitely no jumping curbs on the Streetfighter though. Haha Thanks for watching.
All that said … if I was filling my garage, a Panigale might be in there next!

Had it 10 times the last 2 years that I forgot to close my helmet strap. Learned to do it while riding at 50kph (Double D strap), takes me 10min to close 😂

Hi ! How are those mirrors after all ? Do they ever shake at low rpm or just move at high speed ?

@@petitlandais2665 They are solid but still the throttle side folds back at 190-200kph … Oxford is a budget mirror - I will either replace them or lock tight them! Haha

Question? Did your windscreen help on the freeway? Can you tell the difference with it? Thanks

Thanks for watching! And good question / the windscreen helps immensely!!! I still tuck down over 160kph but at speed the wind is channeled right over my helmet… and let’s face it, from there to 260kph you probably want your head down. Haha! I made another video about the screen - the one negative is I lost about 10kph in top speed with the screen and wings combined. 255 or 265 … still worth it to not get blown off my bike! 👍🏼
