Im still wondering why i saw a Renault Clio V6 in Connecticut last summer. It had a bunch of race decals on it, sounded insane, and everyone was wondering what it was. I was at a popular ice cream shop of all places lol.
Great video. Would love to see more representation of cars from other markets than EU and Japan though. There has to be some awesome small off roaders available for import from Brazil and Mexico in the next couple years.
It's worth noting that basically all of these cars will likely shoot up in value the very instant they become legal to import into the US. Our market is full of hungry collectors waiting to get their hands on these things and it completely disrupts the supply and demand right away. A prime example of this happening is with the Lancia Delta Integrale EVO. For decades it hovered around $30k-40k equivalent in Europe and Asia, but as soon as it became US-legal, it skyrocketed to $70k-100k in no time. In other words, you gotta hop on these type of cars quick... or if you were lucky, you already had one lined up before its 25th birthday.
The Opel Speedster actually is a Lotus Elise Mk2 Chassis with Opel hardware, or as you will, a Tesla Roadster with ICE. And you will fit in it, James, these offer a lot of room for tall people.

I was gonna give the editor the benefit of the doubt with the Lupo, because apparently there *was* some production in Belgium (no idea if that included the GTI, probably not), but once we got around to the RS 4, which was never manufactured outside of Germany, that pretty much confirmed what we were all thinking.
My dad sold cars when I was younger and used to come back with demos. Driving the Vauxhall vx220 turbo was a highlight. So quick and like a sneaky lotus. Big fan.
As an aussie the only issue with the holdens is that the build quality of the interiors isnt good unless you buy the Maloo or HSV models, they'll fall apart real quick

I appreciate that!
12:31 GM is a prime example of this, if it wasn’t for Saturn or Buick we wouldn’t have opels or vuaxhalls in the USA
Been following you for many years now. I love the new channel. You give older brother vibes and it’s very wholesome
You could have gotten a Noble here in the US. It’s called a Rossion Q1 they were built in FL.
Great vid! Keep up the good work James!
fun fact there is a Renault Clio V6 RS at the Lane Motor Museum in Nashville TN!
My mom’s neighbor in Texas has an early Clio V6, genuinely blew my mind when I first saw it here a couple years ago. Guessing he got it in under show and display
Do a video about bikes/that Klein!!!
As always, I loved this video. You’re a true creative and great storyteller.
everything started melting together, less special. Love the words on the end. Thank you for the videos, they brighten my world these days 🤝
Hell yah brother! Been waiting for more car videos! May I please add the Toyota Dyna to the list....gonna snag one of these babies soon. Perfect for someone looking for a rig that wants to be unique.
Love that these videos just feel like a nice relaxed chat with a homie
I love this guy. James, while you don’t know me. I consider you a friend, and more often than not you hit the point right on the head, this is one of those times. Everything is becoming so familiar and so Ingenuine… While it makes some things more convenient it makes other things lose their authenticity, the differences that make them unique. Stay different, brother, society has enough conformists
We are all becoming those old guys that say, “well back in my day.” The difference is… it was actually different and we were the last generation that had analog. I know i love your thoughts and viewpoint on things. Thank you for making these. Keeps me young.
This is what I wanna get up to speeed on! This felt like nostalgic actually. You look comfy and at home
10:37 That’s a perfect analogy for that handsome little car, James. You should get one. It looks C L E A N in that yellow.
I've been watching your videos for years James I'm glad you're still doing something you enjoy man
I appreciate that!
One cool car you forgot was the Subaru Legacy B4 twin turbo
in canada the import birthday is 15 years not 25. that being said, ive seen 1 Varietta. at the time had no idea that version existed. super cool nissan
@22:08 we love you too my Guy!
I remember Real Racing 3 on Mobile, made you use a Renault Clio V6 when you started out. I fell in love with that thing, it's absolutely badass. Love the giant vent on the side and the wide body.
Didn't even realize you couldn't get one until now. Damn, now I need one.
Another amazing content from james, always love you videos, keep going👍
James brother, youre killing me. A Holden is on the list, but no Ford? Daddy needs his Falcon!
Man I love this channel so much, sending love and light from South Africa, James! 🔥♥️
Watching this instead of studying for exams and no money to buy cars
13:48 the run on sentence Toyota ad is top notch humor
Ive been watching James for a loooong time now, and all I can say is I get instantly happy seeing a video get posted. Gone through stuff as well and I feel very grateful to still be able to watch his videos. Would’ve never bought my gr86 without watching this guy. I drowned it but thats another story 😅 Thank you James!!
Big fan.
Great video with very interesting cars. It would be wow also to do the same video with the limiter that you have to pick diesels
As an aussie the only issue with the holdens is that the build quality of the interiors isnt good unless you buy the Maloo or HSV models, they'll fall apart real quick
Love the video. The last 2 min when you got real… what a great way of saying it!
Thank you for the videos! To me you were Donut! Loving the new channel and the content!
