STEP THE HEADERS.. Smallest diameter first than increase diameter by half of an inch every 12 inches until you have three different diameters. Will sound like a biblically accurate angel singing.

A old hotrodder trick is paint the headers towards the collector and run it. Where the paint stops burning off is where you need to cut the collector, it's the optimal length.

i looked up the frequency on the cars and also from your 4 rotor.
so what you can see from the frequency/hz is that the short intake come closed by the mazda 787b but i also see in the graphs that your car has 4 clear peaks while mad mike and the 787b only have 3 peaks.
these are guidelines the distance microphone environment can make a difference
    time stamp, cars, frequency (hz)
    00:47 mazda 787b 651 and 1307 and 1945hz
    00:55 mad mike 540 and 1090 and 1141hz
    01:07 old toyota 509 and 768 and 1022 and 1280hz

Also i believe the dip in power is caused by a transition of the air going from turbulent to laminar flow at certain air intake speeds. look up bernoullis principle. The variable runners probably also help with this dip.

Stepped headers are one of the largest contributors to the sound, also improves the scavenging as well. If you can do a progressively expanding exhaust on top of this it will add to both the sound and scavenging. Another factor to think about is the material you are using for the exhaust and headers. This has a massive impact on exhaust note. Materials like titanium; while overkill for your application, are one of the main reasons the f1 engines scream the way they do because it resonates at a much higher frequency. If you can find exhaust pipe made with 440C Stainless Steel (or any really hard, high tensile stainless steel), that would be your best most cost effective option when paired with stepped headers, and a progressive header-back pipe.
Edit: Give 409 Stainless Steel a shot. There are already off the shelf exhaust tubing made from it!

There was a car racing at the European Hill-Climb Championship that ran a Judd V8 engine and it sounded like an F1 car (Georg Plasa BMW 134 Judd). On recent years there was a Mercedes SLK (Reto Meisel SLK340) running the same engine that's not even close to how Plasa's BMW sounded like. I was told the difference between the cars is simply the exhaust manifold. I don't know what's different, but apparently the high pitch will definitely be achieved on that specific component.

Stepped headers. They did it in f1 too. The screaming sound we all loved in f1 was with stepped headers.

There are a few pictures for reference of their engine floating around with the exhaust and the intake trumpets that look vacuum actuated for length to adjust the sound and airflow. Maybe make an engine test stand for the 4 rotor and make a few designs to try it out.

within the past few days I saw a video explaining sounds of a 3 rotor and why it sounds high or low. He was looking for the low and found out that on rotories like that they have the middle header come out 2/3s the length or something like that. He said it was the same difference as the 7th threat or as he said a power cord. He said each pipe is a different note and playing with the lengths in the since of how music works can allow for the diffrence in sound. Im prob talking way over my head but this video and that related in my mind.

You really have to give Adam credit for catching his car on fire even though he goes to great lengths to fireproof his cars.

From what I’ve read to get the high pitch scream, you’ll want to reduce the diameter of the headers. Then step the tube diameter up. So 2” to 2.25”.

You know you have done an awesome job on a car when you can start making changes just to chase a particular exhaust note
